I think trying to make us all one thing is BS and doesn’t work but for sure you can’t fix ‘racism’ by being ‘racist’. Current DEI is anti- White to the core. We have race groups of every flavor from government i.e. the Black Caucus, to professional lobbying groups i.e. NAACP, to black only graduations to black TV to 1000’s of black professional, college and social groups and now a’ black national anthem’ to everything racial in between. We are trying to force a square peg into a round hole and yet can’t figure out why are this crap won’t go away.

You can add anti-harassment training to the HR menu of un-American job misery. This is the femiNazi version of DEI. If there is any silver lining to the leftist character of training, it is discouraging straight white males to go into corporate America, the military, and the civil service. It will encourage small startup businesses that will in time dislodge the big, woke corporations. If Iran, China or Russia humiliate the American military, the Pentagon will be cleaned up if only to ensure national survival.

Diversity training is a sign of giving up. When your company or organization can no longer attract the best people, the ones that stuck around have to be trained to accept the shortcomings of all the new hires.

It’s simple human nature. Tell a group of people that they are racists, haters and abusers and THEN tell them they have to give up whatever they need, want and desire to ANOTHER group of people ONLY because they are black, brown, yellow and you will foster intense resentment and other ill feelings.

Moreover, it also begins to instill a sense of superiority in the DEI group that they deserve whatever they take and can’t be held to account for anything they do. A vicious, self-perpetuating cycle.
