Yeah, I can do without wind on cold days. Otherwise, I don’t mind it a bit unless it’s howling wind. With so many old, large trees o the farm, it makes me very nervous.

Ouch!
I'm actually surprised I got 7 correct.
I know so little about Valentine's Day.
We don't celebrate it.
Thanks night owl for this week's quiz.

But wasn’t St. Valentine a real person/saint? Just curious.
He sure was, and he is worthy of celebrating. Ash Wednesday is a big deal, one of only two days where Catholics are still REQUIRED to engage in limited FASTING (chocolates are incompatible with the spirit).
He was clubbed and beheaded, so he was a martyr. He cured blindness and worked numerous other miracles.
From WIkipedia:There are many other legends behind Saint Valentine. One is that in the 3rd century AD it is said that Valentine, who was a priest, defied the order of the emperor Claudius and secretly performed Christian weddings for couples, allowing the husbands involved to escape conscription into the pagan army. This legend claims that soldiers were sparse at this time so this was a big inconvenience to the emperor.[34] The account mentions that in order "to remind these men of their vows and God’s love, Saint Valentine is said to have cut hearts from parchment", giving them to these persecuted Christians, a possible origin of the widespread use of hearts on St. Valentine's Day.

Hey there, Early Bird! Good to see you. Good score on the quiz. Some of the questions were pure guesses for most of us. :)

First Into The Reich - Seven US Soldiers Invade Germany - Mark Felton
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bc5Zqs_px_U
Which Western Allied unit was first to cross into Germany during WWII, and how did they manage it? This is the story of how seven GIs gained the record of being the first onto German soil in a daring raid behind enemy lines.
Check comments below the video:
“In 1996 I was returning to my base by train when the conductor stopped & asked if I were an American. I replied that I was in the Air Force & going back to the base after some sightseeing in Trier. He then sat down & begin to thank me for what America had done after the war was over. He was a young boy but his family had received several CARE boxes containing food when they were starving. He said it made all the difference to his family to have something to eat. I was honored to be the recipient of his thanks, but it was really thanks to every American. I thought you would like to know.”
