She is a real piece of work and very devious. One of the sharper and apparently honest, council members is planning to run against her. She is trying to pass a new pay plan for the Mayor which would cut the salary from $100,000+ per year to $25,000 but only if a new mayor is elected. If she gets re-elected, her plan would maintain the higher salary for the term of office.
She must have done a miraculous job in order to deserve this kind of wages, especially for such a small town with about 20 K inhabitants.
