I've been saying the same thing for months on FR and getting kicked in the head for it, that you cannot believe anything the media tells you regarding Russian and Ukrainian conflict. It's always the same in times of war. Yet everyone still insists upon drinking the Ukrainian Kool-Aid.

If the transcript posted here in another thread is real, Carlson only asked one question about the war, “why did you invade” and Putin’s answer was “we didn’t.”
So the premise that this interview would inform doesn’t quite hold up.

Most of the material about Ukraine on the above "news" outlets is directed at the Russian domestic market with the intent of fomenting domestic unrest in Russia in the hope of bringing about Putin's demise.
