good thing we still have Sepulveda Dam (thank you Army Corps of Engineers) last reading of rainfall there overnight was 9.5 inches.
this time the hype wasn’t overhype. in my Tarzana neighborhood, rarely too much affected, 2 cars had to be rescued from being swamped overnight.
First they complain about the drought. Then its the rain. They’re never happy.
