Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor vented about being “tired” from her demanding workload on the high court as well as her “frustration” with the conservative-dominated bench.
Speaking to a group of students at the University of California, Berkley School of Law, the 69-year-old jurist opened up about the vicissitudes of serving on the court while increasingly in the political crosshairs.
“Cases are bigger. They’re more demanding. The number of amici are greater, and you know that our emergency calendar is so much more active. I’m tired,” she said, per Bloomberg Law.

Lots of people are happily retired at 69. There’s no reason Justice Sotomayor shouldn’t retire, if she finds her job unsatisfactory.

That’s funny, I knew she was totally UNQUALIFIED and UNFIT for the seat, yet “the wise latina” was only looking for the power of the position.
I’ve got an easy solution for the wise Latina: she just has to follow how Justice Thomas votes. Easy peasy. No work for her at all. For variety, she can follow Justice Alito sometimes. More easy peasy.

Wifey thinks that she is angling for more justices to cut the load so her overtaxed I.Q. doesn’t have to strain so much.

In the last 20 years, the life expectancy for healthy diabetics has increased to within about 7 years of those of people who don’t have it-as long as they maintain a healthy diet and weight-which goes a long way to keeping blood sugar at safe levels and helps protect heart, kidneys, etc. The wide Latina is obviously not at a good weight and hasn’t been for a long time...
She also acts like she’s lazy-lack of exercise is a killer, too. I’ll bet she doesn’t walk any further than to her car in the garage/driveway more than once per week-no wonder she is so tired-let her quit after the 2024 election-give the job to someone who actually has been a real lawyer/judge and isn’t lazy...
