US ‘committed’ to deal releasing $6 billion, Iran claims (Obama no.2?)

Tehran is moving closer to accessing frozen funds, according to Iranian and Qatari readouts of a call between the nations’ foreign ministers.

The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs claimed on Friday that it has Qatari assurances of Washington’s “commitment” to allowing it to use $6 billion in frozen funds, which the Biden administration released to Qatari banks.

Readouts from Tehran and Doha of a phone call between Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani—who serves as both Qatar’s foreign minister and prime minister—emphasized different things. But they agreed in principle that the deal is being implemented.

Iran is the subject of many international court cases for both inside and outside of Iran. I can think of the families of three US service members who may join a lawsuit.

Maybe you think Iran is a good debtor, that they will pay their debts if found liable in court? And Russia too of course?

and a second where is the definitive, believable by the common person, proof that it was Iran who killed those soldiers? Iran denied and it took credit when it hit that other base you know

Whereas the US is invited by host nations, Iran supplies munitions to Iranian terrorist organizations in the region, attacking foreign nations in the interest of Iran.

Maybe you can focus on the Houthis too. You know, valiant defenders of the right of piracy upon international shipping in international waters? Cuz Iran’s already doing that in the Gulf of Aiden.

Lets just have the whole system collapse. Then you can grab your spear and secure your meals in the wild while securing it from everyone else with a spear.

does that apply to the USA who is by far the biggest war making country in the world, where the government feels it’s OK to bomb weaker than them countries from afar.

and by the way when you say the US was invited, that is only after they meddle in elections (to save democracy) and have their puppet installed and as well as the military, American companies are also “invited” to loot all the natural resources.

“and have their puppet installed and as well as the military, American companies are also “invited” to loot all the natural resources.”

You’re an ignorant loon. You think if the US ‘loot all the natural resources’ the Muslims wouldn’t be howling and suing the US? All the oil proceeds from 2003 CPA onwards went straight into Iraqi government coffers. What do you think their civil war was about? Control of Iraq’s oil profits.

You know nothing of the Middle East or US relations and actions with foreign nations.

You could start by reading the Status of Forces agreements with foreign nations (Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, etc). But you’re not interested in reality or responsibility.

You have the outlook and opinions of a child.

It is clear you have done little in your life and understand even less.

Go bark at the moon.

And 10% for the ‘big guy.’

Biden released $10 billion to them.

Terrorist state now well funded and seeing the U.S. weakness.

Open border.

Not going to be a safe year.

There is zero evidence of Iranian involvement in the attack. They no doubt approve of it, but so do all the Sunnis in Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

These weapons are trivially easy. Local militia’s (what exactly does Iran backed mean? Money? We send money to the Palestinian Authority and Israel both.) can build these on site from plans on the internet. If there is anything not difficult to find in the Middle East, it is explosives. The guidance package is off the shelf, too.

The money in question . . . these $6 billion dollars or whatever . . . is THEIR MONEY. It’s not a gift. It’s money being stolen by the US and finally someone decided to end the theft.

One more time. Iran is Shiite. Saudi Arabia and Hamas are both Sunni. Saudi Arabia is Sunni headquarters and they have spoken up strongly in support of Hamas — and probably with money too. They are delighted that you guys are blaming Iran, who hates Sunnis as intensely and for far longer than they have hated Israel.
