The Maine Superior Court on Wednesday ordered Trump back on the ballot pending a decision from the US Supreme Court.
President Trump appealed Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows’ 2024 ballot ban to the state superior court on Tuesday.
“Former President Donald Trump’s legal team on Tuesday appealed Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows’ ruling that deemed him ineligible from appearing on the state’s GOP primary ballot to Maine’s Superior Court, the state’s top trial court,” ABC News reported.
Maine’s psychotic Democrat Secretary of State Shenna Bellows unilaterally barred Trump from the 2024 ballot because she decided the former president is an insurrectionist.
Bellows issued the order after the Colorado Supreme Court disqualified Trump from the 2024 ballot.
The legal theories are based on Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.
Trump has not been charged with engaging in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.
Bellows, who isn’t even a lawyer, concluded: “Trump’s primary petition is invalid.”

I am kind of hoping that they they succeed. Crazy, but it will be clear evidence of cheating in our national election — they prevented him from being on the ballot.
They’ll spin it but there will be no way around it. The election was rigged.
I believe that they are hoping that the higher court system will pull their fat out of the fire. But what if it doesn’t happen?
Can they honestly claim that the election was fair? Nope, no way, no how.
Then what? Maybe we need the “then what.” Democrats for years have played fast and loose with the legal system.
Maine finally gets a small glimpse of sanity from the court.
The sad truth is that the once valued and respected agencies are not trusted.
Please do the right thing. Please reclaim our trust by doing the right and honest thing. Whistle blowers, media, even the organizations .... you are up to bat.

Trump won Maine’s Second District by 10 points in 2016 and 2020, winning an electoral vote each time.

Being American and being proud of America was something that tied us all together. That is gone although I am still very proud of America,and proud to be an American while the continue to tear the country apart.
Actually, they are stupid for doing so. They don't appreciate the wonderful gift America has given us. But they will when it is gone and they are successful in destroying America. Then they will whine and complain about it and wonder what happened.
