Hunter Biden’s Attempt to Blame Donald Trump for His Prosecution Backfires Spectacularly in Court

The Department of Justice has finally confirmed what the American people have known for years: Hunter Biden’s laptop is real.

The DOJ’s admission has consequences for the legal charges that could be brought against Hunter Biden in a court of law — not just tax charges and gun charges, but potentially failing to register as a foreign agent or even human trafficking charges.

The New York Post’s Miranda Devine, author of “The Laptop from Hell,” reported on the legal development on X.

“In a new court filing today, the DOJ confirms Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, that he left it at a computer store, and that the contents matched what they obtained from a search warrant of his iCloud,” Devine notes.

“Don’t hold your breath for a retraction from Joe Biden (‘It’s a Russian plant’), the #Dirty51 or myriad dishonest media operatives,” she continued, referring to the 51 former members of the intelligence community who interfered in the 2020 election by denying the Hunter Biden laptop was real. “They blamed Russia when the Bidens knew it was Hunter – and so did the FBI.”

“Hunter also blamed Russia when he was caught using adultery site Ashley Madison,” she added.

“More evidence presented by the DOJ: On October 13, 2018, and October 14, 2018 (the day after and two days after he purchased the firearm), Hunter said in a text message that he was meeting a drug dealer and sleeping in a car smoking crack,” she went on.

“The DOJ presents its best evidence that Hunter Biden was a cocaine user when he bought the gun: ‘To be clear, investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun,'” she said.

“From another DOJ filing today, prosecutor Leo Wise summarizes his allegations against Hunter Biden for lying on a gun purchase form when he was addicted to crack cocaine,” she went on.

In related news, the prosecutors bringing gun charges against Hunter Biden are not seeking to have them dismissed on Second Amendment grounds.

“Government prosecutors on Tuesday opposed a recent effort by Hunter Biden’s attorneys to dismiss the federal gun charges filed against him on the basis of selective and vindictive prosecution, with the special counsel’s office calling those arguments ‘meritless,'” NBC News reported.

“Prosecutors for special counsel David Weiss said in a court filing that Biden’s motion ‘produces no evidence to support his allegation that the Executive Branch, led by his father, President Biden, and its Justice Department, led by the Attorney General appointed by his father, authorized prosecution by the U.S. Attorney and Special Counsel of their choosing for an ‘improper political purpose’,” the report said.

Prosecutors said that “the charges in this case are not trumped up or because of former President Trump—they are instead a result of the defendant’s own choices and were brought in spite of, not because of, any outside noise made by politicians,” it states.

According to IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, the FBI verified Hunter Biden’s laptop as early as 2019. The New York Post reported:

The FBI “verified” the authenticity of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop in November 2019 and a federal computer expert assessed “it was not manipulated in any way,” IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley told Congress in explosive testimony released Thursday.

Investigators probing President Biden’s son for tax fraud and other crimes were not given full access to the laptop’s contents, however, Shapley told the House Ways and Means Committee during his May 26 deposition.

“The computer guy said that they could do a CSV list that shows when everything was created … the whole discussion was about can we rely on this information on the laptop, is it Hunter Biden’s? And their opinion was, it was, and it was not manipulated in any way,” he said.

If Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, as the Department of Justice states, then the gun charges and tax charges facing the president’s son would be just the tip of the iceberg.

A broadly worded “pardon” will let Hunter escape jail....
.... but ultimate judgment will be in his future.

The 51 intel letter signers' calculated agenda was to "create a talking point" for the beleaguered Biden.
Biden was properly clued in, and was clearly geared to mislead, (after 50 years as a Delaware politician).

Biden latched onto the talking point, and used it at his debate with Trump to mislead American voters about the illegal activities of his crackhead son, activities thoroughly documented by the NY Post's ace reporting of Hunter's salacious laptop.

At the zero hour, Biden flung the invented talking point at an unsuspecting Trump, and effectively saved himself, and his son, from political ruination.

================================================

The shocking election interference of the nation's intel apparat for a favored candidate had precedence when Obama gave 2016 candidate Hillary complete access to the nation's 17 intel agencies for her campaign against Trump.

There can be no pardon where there has been no conviction. If we suddenly see the DOJ hop on this and speed up the process, we’ll know the fix is in. He’ll get a slap on the wrist and a quick pardon.

There can be no pardon where there has been no conviction.

What was Nixon convicted of?

A full pardon is the *worst* case scenario for Hunter. I’d be willing to bet that it won’t even come to that.

Nope, not true. A Presidential pardon can be worded “has committed or may have committed...”

Remember those 900 FBI files of her political opposition Hillary got caught with in the 90s? She’s always had a sinister relationship with the FBI.

“ There can be no pardon where there has been no conviction.”

Richard Nixon disagrees.

“Hunter, why do you even ask? You’re a Biden...of course, you can lie...”

At what point in time will the age of those 900 subjects in those FBI files make them no longer useful for blackmail by the file holder?

That picture belies the serious lack of diversity within the Deep State.

Prosecutions in GITMO seem most appropriate for the lot.

“There can be no pardon where there has been no conviction.”

I think Nixon was pardoned without charges or conviction.

Yawn!!! Really, does anyone REALLY expect that Hunter will actually face real charges.

I would laugh if I actually saw any humor here.
