Donald Trump is set to face a second defamation trial in Manhattan federal court — where jurors deciding how much he owes rape accuser E. Jean Carroll will hear him on tape bragging about grabbing women “by the p—y.”
On Tuesday morning, Trump announced on Truth Social that he would attend the trial in person, writing ‘After a historic win in Iowa, I am going to the Biden encouraged Witch Hunt in Lower Manhattan to fight against a FAKE Case from a woman I have never met, seen, or touched (Celebrity Lines don’t count!). *** Donald Trump's lawyer Alina Habba and Judge Lewis Kaplan sparred over delaying the start of the former president's defamation trial so that he could attend the funeral for his mother-in-law.
Habba requested a one-day postponement so that Trump could be in Florida on Wednesday and Thursday for the services for Amalija Knavs, the mother of former first lady Melania Trump.
“I think it is completely unfair — I’ve never seen it, frankly, that someone has to make a choice to be at their trial … or go to their mother-in-law’s funeral,” Habba said. “We are again asking for a one-day adjournment.” *** Trump’s side over the weekend asked to postpone the trial for one week, which Kaplan denied.
“I am not stopping him from being there,” Kaplan said. “Ms. Habba, the argument is over. The ruling stands.”
Since the case is civil, Trump is not required to be present in court as he would be in a criminal case. ***

NY had to change their laws in order for this persecution to take place.

Does every woman have a right to accuse and sue Trump for saying that, if they are in a picture with him?
These hurdles they(dems etc) set before Trump just confirm for me, he is a truly a blessed person, God backs him up and helps Trump in so many ways.
The stragglers in the Republican primary can’t deal with even 1/2 what Trump is and has been dealing with on daily basis for decades. Sure is has faults and missteps but just the fact he accomplishes much good (and some not so good) but just as he says often never never never gives up and he wins often in ways that are important, not just in ways the world thinks important.

Trump’s braggadocio was spot on. That’s why the pussy brigade is after him. There’s a large portion of the female population that are nothing more than gold diggers who will put out for an ugly rich guy and shun the nice average guy.

The Switchmen had a cassette recorder to capture telephone line anomalies or illegal uses of our services. One night one of the Switchmen posted up a trunk from NYC and recorded one of the smut calls. He had brought his kid's Teddy Ruxpin Doll in to work that night and put the 976 exchange smut recording in the doll. The funniest thing I have ever seen was that Teddy Ruxpin doll in the throes of passion with paroxysms more exaggerated than Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally..."
President Trump is identifiable as a guy's guy and appears just as he is. Those metrosexual sissies love to posture and pose.
He’s being sued again, after Carroll won because after the first lawsuit, Trump went out and “defamed” her again (she claims). So a Judge decided she could bring another suit against Trump.
Praying this is true!!
This sham case, and, all involved in bringing forth/continuing this absurd case, need to be locked up.
