"I noticed that he threw -- um -- Vivek under the bus. I've seen a candidate run for an office and basically campaign for another candidate in the same race before, but that's what's happened. And the minute he wasn't useful they dropped the hammer on him. That's just the way they are.
We're going to go forward as a party. We can go forward in a way that's focused on peoples' issues and a great agenda for America, or we can go forward with Trump, which will be focused, the 2024 election, on legal issues, criminal trials, convictions, on all these things with January 6. That gives the Democrats a huge advantage going forward. And I don't think we want to do that, why would we give them any advantage?"

Rush Limbaugh would have heartily endorsed Donald Trump, and would be calling Desanctis out for his backstabbing, and cozying up to the enemy.
“There’s a pattern here”
We will see what the pattern looks like later tonight.
DeSantis is a weak man whose ego has shot up considerably. Reality has set in as he flails around like a fish out of water.
He is in way over his head fighting at a weight class he doesn't belong in, and he doesn't recognize when he has been defeated. All those indicators define him as not being a real leader at all.
Trump on the other hand, entered the ring with many well-seasoned champs in the world of politics & defeated them all, and handily at that. Furthermore, he got more accomplished than any modern day President, and even though I love Reagan, bested him as well. Trump has made mistakes, as did Reagan. But just as Reagan was the man for his times, Trump is the man for these more dangerous times. More dangerous times, because the emboldened enemies are from within. They are so emboldened that they have ripped of their masks. That will be their downfall in the end.
DeSantis took on Disney, but Disney had made themselves an easy target. You don't mess with people children & come out on top. But that battle is still ongoing. DeSantis hasn't defeated them or even made them change their march towards perversion.
Trump is a fighter, where as DeSantis is a whiner, not a winner. That makes him a loser, and like Disney, he did himself. Also just like the 'Deep State' insiders when he tore off his mask as well.
Boom, he's done. Stick a fork in him.
Desantis was a non starter... establishment/globalist/uniparty tried to astroturf him, and as soon as folks actually saw him, he sank like a rock... now they are doing the same playbook with Haley... Trying to astroturf her as well.
The Establishment/GLobalist/Uniparty fail to see why the hell it is they keep failing... using the same failed playbooks, trying to convince people their shills are actually folks who will give a damn and do anything right when push comes to shove... and those days are over.
Desantis was a fool, but honestly, all the establishment candidates are weak and fools... the fact they are so pathetic is EXACTLY why Trump is going to dominate... Every single RNC debate just reinforced to anyone who backed Trump, exactly why they backed him. The entire class of these guys are just clowns, every single one of them, just like they were in 16.
NONE of them have any shot at being relevant, let alone winning the nomination.... at this point the establishment is trying beyond desperation to prop up one of these clowns enough to try to argue they should be VP on the ticket... Hopefully it won’t work, because the worst thing Trump could do is put one of these hacks on his ticket.
None of them will put America first, they will put the Cheney and Globalist donors first, which is exactly what the establishment has been doing for more than 3 decades now.
The attempt to sell Desantis as some great white hope was laughable.... The messaging of his campaign from day one was comical... Hey, I’m just like that other guy, you really like, but for some reason you should vote for me...
The existing GOP establishment must be crushed if we are ever to return to a constitutional republic. And that is NOT going to happen with any of the clowns that appeared on the RNC debate stages. They do not represent the people, have ZERO interest in representing the people.
As for Haley in particular, if you support someone who has openly stated she wants to bring Palestinians to our shores, then may the wind up in your home town... Never ever seen such idiotic foolishness.
“Please back up any of these claims.”
Which claims need to be backed up?
Unless you believe Trump was guilty of colluding with Russia or Ukraine.
Unless you believe Biden won 2020 fair and square.
Unless you believe Trump and his supporters were guilty of insurrection January 6th, 2021.
And if you believe those things, that’s a bridge too far my FRiend - let’s just disagree.
DeSantis is totally in it for himself. How you can say that is bizarre. He had a brand new second term to serve as Governor and he got the big head and threw it all away thinking that one term as Governor translated into national adoration and elevation to President.
I have heard a few of you supporters of his telling people he is a two term Governor.
He certainly is not. He hasn’t even begun to serve his second term yet.
His donors are globalists. Ronnie is totally onboard with continuing to send Ukrainians to their deaths in a conflict that other than maintaining corruption, has nothing to do with the average American’s interest in mind. Only our tax dollars…
Says DeWeakness..😆
Desantis has shown himself to be a grade A fool.
Let himself be suckered in by the GOP Establishment... Literally was almost certainly going to be a contender if not the front runner in 28, but instead let himself be conned into an race that he cannot win, and removed himself from ever being a serious contender for the White House.
He will be out of the race before the Florida Primary, if for no other reason than to save himself the embarrassment of being a sitting governor who was beat handily in his own state... Same is true of Haley... Unlike Desantis who is the current sitting governor, she will almost certainly drop out before S Carolina votes to avoid the embarrassment of being crushed in her home state....
If she pulls off some upset in NH she might stick in hoping that SC will show she’s shifted the race.. but otherwise, if she doesn’t drop out before SC votes, she will be gone right after.
Pure and simple, Trump, as long as he decided to run, was going to be the nominee. He was the defacto nominee as of Jan 7, 2021.. period. Once he announced he was running, he was the nominee. Those that are telling anyone otherwise, well they are either grade a fools, or just flat out liars.
There is absolutely no path for anyone to win the nomination with Trump in the race.
Tonight the IA caucuses happen... now caucuses are a weird thing so it is possible some surprise could come out of IA, but I would highly doubt it... the establishment/uniparty/globalists are really pinning hopes that some of their laughable push polling out of NH mean Nikki will pull of an upset... and they can leverage that somehow.. but I wouldn’t not put money on anyone but Trump winning both contests.
This is effectively an incumbent race, and anyone with just a few neurons firing who doesn’t suffer from TDS saw it from the start.
When the dust settles, Trump will be the nominee, with easily 60 if not 70% or more of all votes cast going to him.
The main argument for the TDS/UNIPARTY/GLOBALISTS has been Trump can’t win a general election, yet, the reality is, Trump’s been polling beating Biden for nearly 5 months in the state polling data, and growing his lead with every round of polling, not only winning, but with well over 300 EC votes.
The media has largely ignored this fact, and yes the election is still 10 months away, but that’s where the race has been for nearly 1/2 a year now. Now, Honestly I highly, highly doubt Biden will actually wind up on the Ticket come November, they will prop him up through the convention and have him accept the nomination.. and the replace him with someone they thing can win... And they can do it without a single vote needing cast. DNC changed their rules in 2022, so that if something happens to the nominee after he accepts the nomination, they can simply pick the candidate.
Democrat Conventions is in late August, GOP’s is in July.
So, my expectation is they will prop Biden up, get him nominated and then shortly thereafter he will “step down” for whatever reason, and then they will put up whoever they thing can win against Trump.
They know Biden is done, they don’t have Covid to utilize to cheat this time, Biden is collapsing so hard even massive fraud can’t pull it out.... So they will simply replace him on the ticket..
However, if I am wrong and Biden is actually on the ticket in November, Trump will wind handily
And Ramaswamy used Trump. When Vivek started pivoting to throw-Trump-under-the-bus mode (i.e. Save Trump. Vote Vivek), Trump beat him to the punch and hit him hard. Good on Trump.
>>”Trump does this to everyone. He uses them until they are no longer useful to him, then tries to destroy them.”
Trump uses everybody except the voters. His only loyalty is to the voters, not ambitious, conniving politicians. That’s why we stand by him.
Trump’s only loyalty is to Trump. Nobody and nothing else.
Nonsense. His record speaks for itself. And so does the fact that the deep state fears him more than any other man.
You kidding me? A clip of Ted Cruz laying into Trump? Is that supposed to prove something?
Ted was right about him.
Maybe yes, maybe no…
I’m pretty sure folks see it as I do, but we should see evidence revealing which soon.
The Deep State does not fear him. They hate him; they don’t fear him. He hired a lot of them.
They fear him or they wouldn’t be trying to put him in jail and keep him off the ballot.
