DEI ruined Boeing.

When the first 737MAX issues appeared a few years ago, I got on Boeing’s web site. It was full of all sorts of DEI rah rah BS. I was just SMDH.

It could be:
1. torque wrench improper use.
2. torque wrench calibration overlooked.
3. torque wrench not used, due to improper training.
4. Improper QA procedure.
5. QA penciled.

As former DoD QA at DPRO/NAVPRO faccility, did witness These sort of things.

Boeing went outside of Seattle to get away from the unions only to find such poor quality of work that the costs are exceeding any savings.

This is what you get when you interview a diversity candidate who claims they can find 5 3/16” on a tape measure but then cannot do it in the interview. “Um, see, I gots the skeeels but, um, see, deys tells me you aint’s allowed to ax me dat rits now.”
