Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson said Sunday on MSNBC’s “PoliticsNation” that he believed it was “evil-spirited” that Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) is sending migrants to cities “being led by black leaders or leaders of color.”
Johnson said, “We have this international crisis that really requires federal intervention that local government is being asked to subsidized. Local government is not designed or built to handle such a crisis. Since I’ve been in office, we’ve had well over 500 buses show up to the city of Chicago, in fact, closer to 600 right now, over 855 flights have come to Chicago. Now, the governor of Texas is now chattering private planes landing in city of Chicago and the surrounding area with migrants coming up from the Central and South America in particular. The governor of Texas is committed to causing chaos. What I have done in the first eight months in office is work to bring some structure and some coordination around this mission.”

Sounds like Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is openly suggesting that cities “being led by black leaders or leaders of color” are somehow too incompetent to deal with all the consequences associated with being A SANCTUARY CITY?
These poor migrants need sanctuary, so Abbott is sending them to “Sanctuary Cities.” Seems logical to me.

What a stroonz. Texas has been dealing with the jetsam of the third world for 150 years. Cities like Chicago and New York go for the huge virtue signaling and declare themselves “sanctuary cities” so Abbott ships them WHERE THEY ARE WANTED.
All of a sudden they start showing up just like they have been showing up at the Rio Grande for decades and he has a problem with it. Slow Joe won’t help because according to the man that walks into bushes and shakes hands with thin air, the border is closed and secure.
Chicago has, once again, elected themselves a craven far left liberal who couldn’t solve a problem if step by step instructions were stapled to his forehead.

There was a white guy running against Johnson and if he had the same idiotic policies he would have the same problem. What would have been his excuse?
Or somehow cities “being led by black leaders or leaders of color” should be immune to this. The burden should be shouldered entirely by the small towns in Texas with whites and Hispanics in leadership.
Is he saying whites and Hispanics are smart enough to handle it, but not blacks? He sounds like a virulent racist who doesn’t even like his own tribe.

I can think of one white guy who’s caused most of the migrant problems. If you want to tell him face-to-face he’s responsible, ask to speak with the occupant residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC.
