The man arrested last week for carrying a machete at the U.S. Capitol is an illegal immigrant from Venezuela who was caught and released in 2022 under the Biden administration‘s lenient border policies.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Tuesday it has custody of Jose Leonardo Marquez-Marquez, 23.
He was arrested the day after Christmas by police after he was found with a machete, knife and brick at the Capitol. ICE officers apprehended him on immigration charges the next day.

So they won’t be blaming it on MAGA Trump supporters.
Rock

No papers
He was so grateful to Biden that he wanted to trim the bushes on the ground with that machete. /S
They always do no matter how silly it sounds.
Just a tool of the trade.

THE NEXT DAY?
Actually a panga. an african version of a machete.
PANGA
Machete design popular in Africa and the Caribbean. Deep belly provides weight for
chopping and curvature for slicing. The upturned point can concentrate force on a
small area for piercing.
Uses: Good for slicing and chopping moderately thick woody vegetation, beheadings.
I say everything two-times, two-times.
They should have let him out with an apology, returned his weapons and gave him a ride back to the Capitol building to live his life free of authoritarianism.
lol
I hope we don’t have another 911 (or worse) but if we do and it turns out that the person or persons came through Biden’s open borders, then American blood will be on Biden’s hands.
And we need to be clear about who is responsible.
No picture of him. Would that be racist?
