Boston Mayor Michelle Wu did not violate state discrimination laws by holding a 'no whites' holiday party because the event was not open to the public, Massachusetts Attorney General has ruled.
Democrat Wu hosted the controversial event in December for 'electeds of color'.
Her aides were only supposed to invite her six city council members 'of color' but they accidentally sent the event details to seven white members too.

Did one red cent of public funds go towards covering the cost of this event? Was it planned using government computers and email accounts, by state/municipal employees during working hours?
