A migrant caravan numbering thousands of people from Central and South America is making its way through southern Mexico this week en route to the U.S.
The caravan, which is estimated to include 8,000 migrants, comes as Secretary of State Antony Blinken and a senior U.S. delegation are meeting with Mexican officials, including Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, to discuss the current migrant surge at the U.S.-Mexico border.
On the social media platform X, Blinken said both sides discussed ways to discuss the "irregular migration."

8,000 is less than one day’s worth of illegal aliens caught at the border.

Actually I don’t blame Mexico when our border is wide open.
The minute the US border is truly closed - Mexico’s socialist elites will say to themselves: “we don’t want to be stuck with this rabble!” and without any hesitation or sympathy, will send them all home.
Biden/Blinkin “urges” Mexico to taka action.
Trump would not “urge” anything. He’d say stop the caravans, turn them back or the border will stay closed until you do.
Blinken is a worthless lying sh_thead who knows full well this caravan could be stopped if the Dems so wanted but they obviously don’t. Just tell these economic migrants, many of whom are just looking to fill the welfare roles, that anyone coming in will never be granted citizenship and will be arrested as illegal aliens as soon as they are caught.

I’ve suggested many times that the USA denounce (officially exit) the Refugee Convention.
We have to be legally able to stop the invasion.
Even with a wall system Trump would love to have, the invaders could yell at border guards to let them in so they can file asylum claims.
