I love how the special effects people insert absurdities into Leftist propaganda. Like in Day after Tomorrow the Statue of Liberty facing North instead of South, cyclones rotating clockwise in the northern hemisphere, cyclonic winds pulling air down rather then up, etc.
Like the Soviet Union.

Thanks. Very cold, yes, but not the all-time U.S. low that the article claimed. Wind chill temperature is not the same as actual temperature, and I wish people would stop reporting it as if it were.

I know the difference. The guy who wrote the article apparently doesn’t, because he said it was the lowest temperature ever recorded in the U.S. He didn’t say “lowest wind chill ever”, just lowest temperature.

Yeah. We had two straight nights of 7 degrees here in NE Alabama back in Feb I think it was, right after near 80 degree temps the weeks before!! Who knew. We have had Zero here a couple of times a few years ago, but these two were the coldest in years. I don’t think the stinking electric heat pump stopped running for a week. Back in my growing up days, our home had gas heat. Now that stuff keeps you warm. When we lived in WA state before we came home to Alabama after living there 14 years, we had gas there too. I hate this electric heat we have.
