Every state Rupublican party should do this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but would it not put and end to Democrats picking our candidates by crossover voting in primaries?

Can the state choose to ignore the results of a caucus?

And what happens WHEN the Democrats issue a court order banning Trump from the caucus process? What then?

Assuming this would be allowed, and I’m not convinced, aren’t we just relying on the national GOP to determine who would receive primary votes from Colorado?

Now some CO state official is saying the Republican party cannot change to a caucus format.
The ‘high’ courts need to intervene in all of this, make some decisions and clean up the mess they have allows lower courts to create.

Or they could ignore the ruling and put him on the ballot anyway.
To: Chad C. Mulligan
They can always cross over to the Republican caucus. But Dems are lazy and most won’t show up.
To: Chad C. Mulligan
And we know how the caucus process is gamed.
Let the SCOTUS smash this nonsense.

Well, the democrats said that trump would be the end of democracy. What they did not tell you is that they were the ones that would end it with the symptoms of their trump derangement syndrome.
