Only if you accept that a binding legal determination that Trump “engaged” in insurrection against the US Constitution can be made by an unqualified layperson (the Soros-bought lawyers), without DUE PROCESS and without trial. The predicate offense (insurrection) has NOT been proven to have happened.

Thus, in the same way, the sentences of corrupt or/and biased judges should be disqualified.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment does not even cover the Presidency.

Colorado can make its own decision.

Completely wrong.

There is no such thing as a federal election. There are 50 state elections.

There is a Constitution and all 50 state elections are subject to it.

Although I’m a desantis supporter , if the courts rule on this matter this would be a travesty for the people of this great country

Only the people by the people can decide an elected official

Not true at all. States have always set limits on participation in the general election. Ballot access has always been a thorn. Just look at the dems in Florida in getting in the primary, they were allowed to excluded that dude from Minnesota, via state law.

We have heard the old “It’s the seriousness of the charge, that counts.” argument before.

In their black hearts. Have no doubt that if it comes to it, Obama and the globalists will have no problem finding American WILLING EXECUTIONERS to rid them of their enemies (i.e., us).

Outrageous of course. They say he’s guilty. No charge. No crime. No conviction.
