On the Sunday edition of her MSNBC show, Katie Phang invited on for a victory lap the lawyer for the two plaintiffs who won a $148 million judgment from Rudy Giuliani in their defamation case against him. The mother-and-daughter plaintiffs had been election workers in Fulton County, Georgia in the 2020 election that Rudy had publicly accused of participating in election fraud in favor of Joe Biden.
In the course of his comments, the lawyer, Von DuBose, managed to maintain a straight face while claiming:
"No amount of money can bring back the sense of security that's been lost in this case by virtue of the things that have been done to them . . . I think they would trade all of this for their prior lives."

THE CASE WILL BE APPEALED AND RUDY WILL LIKELY WIN A RETRIAL.

If it wasn’t fraudulent counting, then they never came out with a reasonable explanation as to what they were doing. If they were supposed to stop counting, they should have stopped counting.

She admits that she was pressurred to do a false count.
And she SAYS she did not copunt the ballots more than once . This is a lie.Hw elese would the numbers take such a huge jump over note, if sheonly counted a “few.” The irregularity is gaping, and has not been brought to court as evidence.
It opens up a whole new line of investiagtion of Runys supervisors that she aeges were pressuring her to do mulyiple false counts. The ballots were likely stored under the tables in the counting room for just that purpose.She carried on this counting when no scrutineers were present. ODD.

So when all of them were done, we got the final count and we put them back in the bucket and the boxes and the bucket and zip ties and put ‘em back under the table. So that’s the reason the ballots came from under the table and we re-opened them up.”
