I’ve heard this type of thing happening before and the suspect is of often Latino.
I guess the black dude was pissed that someone drove like he does.
When I lived in Houston the seventeen year old son of a co-worker was killed in a similar manner while driving a carload of girls home from a barn dance.
Seems some Hispanic “teens” had been kicked out of the dance and wanted revenge on the person who got them kicked out.
They picked the wrong car and killed the wrong guy and said it was just a mistake.
Incidents like this, added to what is going in Israel, make me painfully aware, yet again, of just what a savage place this world is. Decency, kindness, mercy and pity all seem to be aberrations from the pre-civilizational norm: merciless tribal violence and atavistic rage.
Truly tragic.
I’m in PA today. Last night, i was cut off on the highway several times by drivers that should know better.

I was thinking surely there are witnesses but the people inside the car were probably ducking from the gunfire and didn’t see much.
sad to hear, but going to see the sun rise is not a very good reason to be out at 1am.
If they wanted they could have traveled at a decent hour the day evening before.

Have to ask what were the parents thinking allowing their 17 year old to be out all night (going to watch the sunrise), and driving at 1 am? Bet they’ll regret that for the rest of their lives.
IMHO very little good is done by allowing minor teens out past midnight (even 10/11).
old advice, nothing good ever happens after midnight.
If this group had heeded that advice, and not been on the roads they could have avoided this interaction with feral animals.

It is not that far from Houston to Galveston, and the sun does not rise at 1 a.m. This does not change what happened, but it does not make sense.

The suspect, described as a black male in his 20s..... so stinking sick of these black hoodlum animals. They need to go back to the bushlands of Africa where they belong and let them fight it out with the other animals. I would have less hesitation in executing one then I would in swatting a fly. They are rage and hatred filled. There is no redemption for them.

pay them a week or so late and blame it on Payroll Time...
