CEO of IBM Arvind Krishna admits to using coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process.
“You got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus," Krishna said about hiring Hispanics, "and by the way if you lose, you lose part of your bonus.”
After pulling ads from X for 'racism,' IBM chief Arvind Krishna says he will fire, demote or strip bonuses from execs who don't hire enough blacks, Hispanics — or hire too many Asians
"Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America...I’m not going to finess this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent," says Krishna.
Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, says in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people because they weren't willing to engage in racial discrimination through hiring and promotion.

Nothing will come of this.
Darling, huh?
We import jerks to discrimnate against us.
Send that man to the Ukrainian front.
Racism.
And he can take his race baiting comrades with him.
doesn’t make everyone feel safe that people get hired for very skilled positions...like cops, like docs, like engineers, like pilots, etc and MERIT is not a consideration.....
The Asians at my company were the most dedicated and hard working minority - And the least paid.
Oh wow who knew another racist Indian in corporate america
The question one needs to be asking, because executives are all about themselves, is how are the suits benefitting from this explicit racism of pushing down whites and Asians?
It isn’t about the company, because you want the best for the best bottom line. It’s the executive that is benefitting in some way. Job assurance by surrounding himself with incompetents, perhaps?
So racist in so many ways.
It’d be hilarious if they got sued for discrimination over it.
That’s likely, for him, what it is. By pushing whites and Asians as economic competitors, it leaves in a position to hire other Indians because knows that most blacks can’t compete.

In the current Regime, for those in elite institutions, positioning yourself more to the Left is the safest place to be.
This type of hiring discrimination is going on in every Western country, The only difference is that in the USA it is illegal to do this - so best not to say it on video.
That may be true, but for this exec I take his culture into consideration. To him, he’s using DEI to push out whites and Asians so he can hire his fellow Indians to take over IBM. He will begrudgingly hire whites and Asians for lower paid positions.
Could it be ESG pressure from investment firms?
Hiring strictly to meet quotas cannot help the bottom line.
When are the NFL and NBA going to adopt the same hiring practices and strive toward 13% blacks?
I know the Indians are worse and do favor their own, but the personal incentives are there to act this way regardless of race.
When corporate America brags that only 6 percent of their new hires are white males - that only happens because of what this guy foolishly said on tape.
It’s probably a little bit of everything.
WEF’s desire to eliminate whites and impoverish them.
Indian racism and favouritism.
Government grants.
Liberal’s love of socialism, causing them to want to push down whites and Asians.
You can add to the list.
We are happy he said it. We aren’t just left with observational behaviours to figure out what’s going on.
Yes. The video creates actual evidence that may be able to get discovery for EEOC, DOJ (whoever enforces this stuff) or even a private lawsuit.
