A classified briefing for senators on the White House's request for aid for Israel and Ukraine became "heated" with Republican members storming out of the meeting Tuesday.
The briefing, led by the secretaries of Defense and State as well as the director of national intelligence and the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, was held behind closed doors to allow all 100 senators to ask questions about the administration's funding request.
But it fell apart, senators from both parties said, after Republicans began asking about the border. GOP members in both chambers have demanded serious changes to immigration policy to address rising migrant crossings in exchange for passing new aid for Ukraine.

Great news for Ukraine too, as the killing there due to the Neocon War will be ending soon, assuming that the Republicans don’t buckle.
One thing FOR SURE, the Democrats will NEVER let ANYTHING get in the way of their Prime Directive, which is the repopulation of White countries - so Ukraine might as well see what they can work out with Russia.

It’s a tough call as to what’s more important, but I think stopping the Neocons has to take priority as they’re damn close to starting a nuclear war with Russia. As far as our open border, that can be reversed by deporting them...but who knows if that will ever happen.

Did they overturn furniture ?

Or did they gather their papers and quietly file out?
I think it’s more that someone ousted McCarthy than it is who replaced him. The 8 repubs that did that showed some actual courage and backbone.
Courage is contagious.
That and there’s an election coming up in less than a year for some of them.
Yes, we need to stop illegal border crossing but very few in Congress are talking about deporting the 13 million (and counting) illegals already in the country. Democrats are counting on illegals becoming D voters and many republicans want the cheap labor illegals provide. Translation: there is no will to remove the illegals and little will to ‘seriously’ close the border.
They’re all pantywaists. They “stormed out” to the cafeteria.

They don’t care, none of them do.
13 million was in the 90s. More like 50-100 million illegals now, crapping on our streets.
As long as non-citizens count for apportionment of seats in the House of Representatives the Democrats will fight to keep the boarder open.
They want a permanent majority in the House and they can get it by flooding the major cities with illegals.
And they do not care what damage it does.
Their members won’t suffer the effects.
I hope this is how they exited
