Please don’t mistake Wednesday’s Rockefeller Center Christmas tree demonstration for just another unimaginative lashing-out by dyspeptic attention-mongering misfits.
It was much more than that.
Oh, the usual suspects were there — cossetted Columbia University types; unmoored sociopaths who hate America but who can’t bring themselves to leave; perverse excitement-seekers and the inevitable anti-Semites and associated haters.
But that fellow waving a Palestinian flag while atop a pillar in front of 1211 Sixth Avenue — this newspaper’s headquarters — was something else entirely.
His was an atavistic celebration of mass murder — this time not at home by hijacked airliner, but rather in a land far away conducted one bloody-handed execution at a time, and 1,400-plus overall.
It was an enthusiastic endorsement of rape, torture, mutilation and kidnapping — a brutal forecast of what the Palestinian war cry “from the river to the sea” really means: extermination in detail.
The audacity is staggering.

Part of the plan for the New World Order involves creating what they call geo-political states. Putin’s plan is return to the old USSR with a couple of additions, like Greece. Putin also supports the recreation of the Levant. Israel is in the way and other Muslim Kingdoms would be another problem. That is why the Saudis have been making friends with the Saudis.
I guess that the recreation of the Levant is why the author called the guy leading the protest, atavistic. I just reread an old Solzhenitsyn article that explains how this new world order and the destruction of western culture was planned in the thirties. Solzhenitsyn called it cultural Bolshevism.

Yes, I read that the young people are being organized to support Hamas through Tik Tok. Tik tok is behind so many horrible things, like dangerous dares and posts that encourage kids to commit suicide. A couple of summers ago, a nurse at our local hospital said that they had had several hundred teens attempting suicide as directed by a Tik Tok video. It was something about overdosing on Tylenol and vodka. I know someone whose grand daughter was one of them.
Can’t parents block Tik Tok on their kid’s devices?

Some of the Solzhenitsyn article is difficult to understand because we were never educated in the political philosophy of thirties Marxists and it is even worse for young people, today. I remember trying to explain Post Modern Thinking to college age kids in the early part of the 2000s. They couldn’t grasp it. I remember asking them how their profs explained social justice to them without explaining Post Modernism. I asked them if they knew what the phrase, it all depends on what the definition of “is”, is. All they knew was that it was from the Clinton impeachment trial.
