In a straight matchup, Trump led Biden 47% to 40% in the latest The Messenger/HarrisX survey, with 13% unsure.
Trump's lead in the Republican primary was even more formidable, with 62% of Republicans backing him for the party nomination. His nearest challenger, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, took 11% support. Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley with 10%, while entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie earned 4% and 2%, respectively.

No way. This is a national poll about the popular vote. CA-OR-WA-NY-MA-IL will give big popular vote margins for Biden in those states. In a 50-50 national poll, Trump carries many of the swing states and wins the Electoral College. A 7% margin means a landslide for Trump in the Electoral College, but Trump is going to lose bigly in extreme leftist states, which will skew the popular vote margin.
On today’s polls only. And most polls are just wishful thinking for the party they favor anyway. Come election time the fraudsters will have it down much better than the last time and outdo mass voting for Trump with massive fraud. And all the GOP turds will say it was a fair and honest election and agree with the left that anyone that doubts it is an insurrectionist.

The RNC has the same problem that the DNC had in 2016. When they cheated Bernie Sanders out of the nomination, his supporters sat out the general election in large enough numbers to elect Trump.
I know he loses the majority in CA and NY but not by that low a margin. There are still many there that will vote for him.
Something is off somewhere. I can’t believe in a popular vote count - Trump vs.Biiden - that Trump only gets 7% more votes than Biden. I think it is a much greater % for Trump. I think we have more smart people with common sense than that.

There are some here that are apparrently nevertrumpers, who have said they will be gloating “I told you so” on election day when Trump loses, because desanctimonious wasn’t the ‘republican’ presidential nominee
That nevertrump faction contributes a lot to they lies and mis-perceptions people have about Trump
And because they are so self righteous and proclaim Trump is bad for the country, they would rather have biden be re-elected, than Trump.
That will NEVER happen.
There are people our there who are completely bamboozled by fake news or academic indoctrination. Or they belong to some wacko Church, e.g. Jeremiah Wright and Raphael Warnock. Or they have same pet hatred, e.g. anti-Semites and pro-Hamas demonstrators. Taken altogether there must be at least 40% of registered voters who will not vote for Trump, NO MATTER WHAT!
