I think it’s easier to fly to Mexico and walk into the USA. Flying your car in from Canada seems like a lot of needless work.
Smell..If gas was burning off...If explosives were burning off...too very different smells.
I think you’re right. It seems to me that a lot of people were anticipating a terrorist attack, and so they convinced themselves that it was one.
