House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Mike Turner (R-Ohio) said Sunday that President Biden has been revealed as a “serial classified documents hoarder” and that a lack of charges for the commander-in-chief in connection with the violations would send a “devastating” message.
“CBS has been reporting that special counsel Robert Hur is near the end of his investigation into President Biden and his alleged mishandling of classified info,” network host Margaret Brennan told Turner on “Face the Nation.”
“If there are indeed no charges brought, which is what we are reporting, what do you think the signal will be to the national security world?” she asked. “Well, this will be certainly devastating, and continuing to be devastating to the Department of Justice and to the Biden administration with their two-tier system of justice,” Turner responded.

We just received a letter from the Special Counsel to the President making it clear the White House intends to continue obstructing our investigation.
If President Biden has nothing to hide, then he should make his current and former staff available to testify before Congress about his mishandling of classified documents.
Our investigation has unearthed new facts that contradict the White House’s and President Biden’s personal attorney’s narrative of the events. We also need to know if these classified materials aided the Bidens’ global influence peddling enterprise that brought in tens of millions for the Bidens and their associates.
Instead of fulfilling President Biden’s pledge to have the most transparent administration in history, the White House is withholding over 82,000 pages of emails where Joe Biden used a pseudonym when he was Vice President, refuses to provide proof that Joe Biden loaned his brother money, and now seeks to block the Bidens, their associates, and current and former White House staff from testifying before Congress.
This obstruction does not deter us, and we will continue to follow the facts and hold President Biden accountable to the American people.

Why haven’t the presstitutes reported Biden did not retain nor did he ever have “highest classification authority” (prior to being elected President), and there seems to be no legal justification for him having classified materials in his possession.

I don’t think you can charge a sitting president, I think he has to be impeached. These guys throwing out red meat know that.
True. A president cannot be indicted, but he can be named an unindicted co-conspirator. Once he is impeached, convicted and removed from office, then he can be indicted.
A new J6 committee should be formed to subpoena Pelosi..... and her daughter ......who was apparently privy to the facts of the Dem’s J6 conspiracy. The daughter was videotaping Pelosi to get her mother’s biased take on the events in order to display them to the original J6 committee.
As we saw w/ Trump, the new thing is to rake the children over the coals.

The video was shown during the J6 committee’s 10th hearing as an alleged illustration of President Trump’s supposed “inaction” WRT the peaceful protesters and the cowardly Dem lawmakers who were hiding.
