When the Framers later addressed “arms” in the Second Amendment, it is our view that they intended to protect state military units (“a well-regulated militia”), not individual gun rights. Nor did they intend that gun-toting individuals, rather than government entities, should defend fundamental rights.
The right to live outweighs the right to own guns….Even the most avid gun owners should agree that the right of children to live deserves more protection than gun ownership. The gun violence epidemic in the United States will never end until the federal government recognizes that its most basic obligation, morally as well as legally, is to protect Americans’ right to live and not be shot.

What about abortion and babies? Don’t they have a right to live?
Yet I don’t know of one pro gun organization who has thrown Trump under the bus in favor of RDS.
So what? The NRA endorsed Mitt Romney who previously signed an entire assault weapons ban while governor.
I judge men by what they do. Not by what they say they are going to do. Trump talks a great game on gun rights but as president, he banned guns. And he did so by executive order, without even involving congress.
And he's said he'd do it again.
Support Trump if you want to but don't try to blow smoke up my ass and tell me that he's a champion for 2A rights. His actions demonstrate otherwise.

Lol, I said nothing of the kind regarding Trump being the champion of 2A rights. He is just the best man for the job.
Btw, a stock is not a gun. A stock is not serialized and if you lose your stock in a boating accident no one cares.
Gun banners always tell me that the components they want to ban will not infringe on my 2A rights.

2A is toast and DS wants 500 million guns.
