A Colorado judge on Friday dismissed an effort to keep former President Donald Trump off the state’s ballot in 2024.
Colorado District Court Judge Sarah B. Wallace issued a ruling in the Trump ballot eligibility case, ordering the Colorado secretary of state to place Trump on the state’s primary ballot for next year.
The ruling is another victory for Trump after courts in Minnesota and Michigan this month rejected similar legal efforts to disqualify him from running for president in those states.

I honestly thought Colorado would be the state to make this happen. But as they say, it’s far from over. Just wait until Trump is convicted of a felony by the bogus court system(s).

(I expect Trump to be found guilty of SOMETHING, and this will be the basis for excluding him from the ballot in the general).

As I knew, the Michigan “victory” was quickly followed by a counter suit appeal to a higher court. Despicable.

If that is true and all of these Judges, who I would guess are leftists, must have have ruled that there is no case of insurrection then ... How can a criminal case move forward?🤔

That’s true, and pushing the final decision on the matter, closer to election might be their aim. It’s conceivable that, under such a scenario, there will be too little time to reverse in on appeal. Trump and his team need to petition the Supreme Court to rule on the matter now.
Because it is such a silly argument these lawyers are making, they should all be found in contempt and referred to the BAR for “ Abuse of Process”
These judges are so nice, letting us have our candidate on the ballot. What a free country.

He’s never even been charged with ‘insurrection’, they just keep accusing him of it hoping it sticks with the gullible, low-info folks.
How does a state judge get to make a decision on a federal\SCOTUS matter ?
I know they wont, but I’d like to see Pres. Trump’s attorneys appeal the decision re: the insurrection ruling.
