Poll shows that 75% of Palestinians support the October 7 terror attack

In the wake of Hamas's October 7 terror attack on Israeli civilians, with its mass rapes, murders, kidnappings, and other atrocities, it would seem pretty natural to think that the "ordinary" Palestinians would turn against Hamas, which is as evil an organization as ISIS. Hamas members even admit it.

Bzzt! Wrong.

The specter of Jewish bloodshed seems to have strengthened their support for Hamas.

According to the Elder of Ziyon blog:

A new poll from AWRAD, Arab World for Research and Development, shows that the vast majority of Palestinians support the October 7 pogrom. 75% of all Palestinians supported the massacre while only 12.7% opposed it.

Which is shocking: How could anyone decent support this?

 

Women were raped by them. Women were murdered by them. Women were kidnapped by them. Women were burned alive by them. Yet, the @UN_Women organization has remained silent.
Why??
Because they are Israelis

They didn’t mention the Jewish babies, girls, and women massacred, raped,… , mutilated, shot, stabbed, burned alive, and held hostage by Hamas in Gaza. This is an organization that is supposed to uphold women’s human rights around the world. Despite this, they chose to IGNORE the brutal crimes against humanity committed by Hamas against Jewish women and girls in Israel.

HAMAS represents the people of GAZA. I have stated this. This was a freely elected government. This freely elected government, with the support of the people of GAZA, invaded a neighboring nation and committed war crimes. There are no ‘innocent’ adults in GAZA, like those that knew about what happened to Jews and supported NAZI’s in Germany.

The people of that area have been raised since birth, educated in schools, to be bigots. That’s not something that can be repaired or fixed at this point. If you don’t support war crimes, bigotry, racism, and hate, the choice about what happens next is really easy.

The world that wants to save these people need to have them exported to nation that supports the same beliefs and ideals. That means they need to be shipped to IRAN. Western nations, and those Islamic nations that don’t support bigotry and hate, should not take them.

A partial explanation of the polls is the answerer’s dilemma. Are the polls anonymous? If you don’t answer positively, will you experience violent repercussions afterword?

In sum, a more than two thirds majority of the residents of Gaza were fine with Hamas attacks on Israel on Octotber 7th, and therefor have no right to complain about, or ask for the world’s sympathy over, Israel’s retaliation.

Maybe that is true to some extent, that people gave the answer they thought was expected of them (assuming it was a face-to-face poll). Hamas seems to be more popular in the West Bank than in the Gaza Strip (where people have first-hand experience of their rule).

The Palestinians are as brainwashed as the North Koreans and have been taught antisemitism since their childhood. Most are followers of Islam which in itself is antisemitic to its core.

Very difficult for me to feel compassion for these people. The death, destruction, pain and suffering they are enduring now is due solely because of Hamas and its actions.

If I am not mistaken, the Palestinians elected Hamas to govern them, they endorse and support Hamas’ torturing, raping, murdering and kidnapping civilians without remorse, compassion or sympathy. Yet both they and their supporters around the world demand that I extend those same qualities to Palestinians.

Sorry, but NOPE. Won’t even consider doing. I will however continue to pray for both sides and speedy end to it.
