Ahh yes, a wonderful dose of ChiCom propaganda to start the day off with. A good cup of coffee, a caramel roll and reading this just makes me want to give up all my belongings to the benevolent state which includes turning in all my guns.
>>Just as mutual respect is a basic code of behavior for individuals, it is fundamental for China-U.S. relations. The United States is unique in its history, culture and geographical position, which have shaped its distinct development path and social system. We fully respect all this. The path of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been found under the guidance of the theory of scientific socialism, and is rooted in the tradition of the Chinese civilization with an uninterrupted history of more than 5,000 years. We are proud of our choice, just as you are proud of yours. Our paths are different, but both are the choice by our peoples, and both lead to the realization of the common values of humanity. They should be both respected.
There’s nothing respectable about communism.
Not one little thing.

I got yer Strong Force hanging from this sling here, Xi.
Yes, Mao did some excellent galvanizing. Murdering his countrymen by the millions. I guess maybe in today’s culture that’s a good thing, for even our very own leftist/socialist elitists want population reduction. Maybe someday Hitler will be recognized as a hero for his efforts in population reduction, so will Stalin. We can’t leave out Pol Pot now can we, one of Red China’s more popular proteges.
And they are all socialists. Isn’t galvanizing just great?
Yes. This is ChiCom propaganda at all levels.
I have no problem with individual Chinese citizens who I may judge on an individual level. Same with Russian citizens, and virtually any other citizen.
But I despise, detest, and abhor the Communist Chinese government, utterly reject ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they stand for.
I regard them as deadly enemies, and we should be treating them as such, separating our business from theirs and opposing their tyranny.
Americans have not lived under a dynasty or king. We’re still. (Well most of us)
Independent as hell and don’t take well to Central planning. We need more Trumps to throw sand in their gears
He wants to be our fiend.
I imagine the bulk of the Chinese population are probably regular folk, same wants and needs as the rest of the planet, but there’s also that percentage that crave to rule or extort or enslave.
I’ve imagined (postulation) that government initially was a rogues gallery of brigands and pirates which over a period of time got tired of roaming around and taking over small villages exacting punishments, pillaging, raping and burning and leaving ashes in their wake, and after a while they’ve got tired of all this running around. It was hard work, so they settled into an area and they took over and invented government.
one Chinese commentator on cable said - much was on the table to be discussed (not the items in the news), but none of that was addressed, and what was addressed, had no substance.
