Good question. If that really was their agendas they would have dropped out by now. There’s no need to waste any more money if they’re just there as a back up plan. If that was really their agenda they would have said so, campaigned for a month or two just to let voters know where they stand on the issues, then said “We’re bowing out now. We’re here if you need us”.
