The protesters also destroyed an untold number of American flags — on Veterans Day. Video shows a man climbing up flag poles and ripping down Old Glory. The stars and stripes were then replaced by the Palestinian flag. NYPD officers watched as the man desecrated our flag, but they did nothing. One has to wonder if they were ordered to stand down. No, it’s not. It is a protected form of free speech. HOWEVER, if the flag is not the desecrator’s own, or he or she has not been given permission by its owner, he or she could be charged with vandalism.
IMO, all the good NYPD cops died during 9/11. What’s left are a bunch of crooks who wipe their asses with the United States Constitution. See some of the recent first amendment audits of the NYPD by people like Long Island Audits.
One day they will push too far in the wrong place, but maybe that’s what they want.

The flag should be routinely regarded as a mobile U.S. government structure, all of which are (we believe) owned by U.S. citizens. In other areas, the 1A right of speech may be subject to limitations if they incite violence. A flag-burning associated with physical violence or property damage IMO should qualify.

NYC police are a joke. Keystone. No riot gear no teargas no nothing just wearing formal blues or blue baseball caps walking around on foot in the middle of the whole thing talking to the rioters. This is beyond sickening. Big black dude (not even an Arab) speaking English being arresting giving an interview with media while it’s happening and smiling the whole way into the paddy wagon. I think I saw two people arrested. Out of thousands. Where the hell was the NY National Guard? There are several NG armories in Manhattan minutes away from Grand Central Terminal. They weren’t activated? Between the rioters at GCT and the ones at Columbus Circle this was massive. Way more than just a protest. Where was the AWOL governor on all of this? Who are the people in NYC police uniforms standing around watching the US flags being torn down and doing nothing to stop it? This is invasion and war on US soil.

How does that begin, and who is fighting who? My beloved Nation has become so divided between race/ethnic groups, religions, producers vs takers, morality, traditional values, sick progressive ideals, and especially politics.
I read a lot of your posts and tend to agree with most. This is one I don't see happening. A Civil War II that had two definitive sides and communicated by written correspondence via horseback is unfeasible. I foresee something like an growing Social Anarchy War as we're now seeing every day in all the random killings and attacks anywhere.
Okay, let's say Conservatives against Socialists/Commies. How does that get organized when secret communications are almost impossible in this hi-tech age? What? Word of mouth? Written correspondence between leaders? We all know the various intel agencies can now hack and/or infiltrate anyone - think - J6. Or do all the various bad guys and good guys form individual cells and await orders to activate?
