Now more than ever with the rise in antisemitism, I feel we have a responsibility as Jews to speak up and speak out, and also know how to protect ourselves because the reality is people don’t seem to want us around, and it’s hard," she said.
But it appears that the rise of hate against Jews is changing a lot of minds on the efficacy of the Second Amendment.
"I think a lot of people were hoping that we were past that – I know I definitely was – but I think current events have shown us that may be coming, and that there is that type of hate in the world," a Jewish man named Daniel told CNN. "It’s very scary."
That hate has caused a huge uptick in Jews seeking training and gun ownership, according to Tzvi Waldman, the founder of the New York State Jewish Gun Club. The flood of requests for training has caused him to add staff to his operation.
"I’m getting extra help, to help answer the phone, to reply to the emails and to make sure that everyone is serviced," Waldman said.

I have a friend who is a standard secular Jew with the views you'd expect though he got a gun a few years ago. He's a good guy, successful and decent to people. He still thinks all the anti semitism is coming from some Rednecks out in the hills and hollers. I pointed out that no - its coming from the heart of the Leftist establishment. He's still in denial trying to say its "the kids" at universities.
Waking a lot of Jews up is going to be a gradual process I'm afraid. Them arming up is a good step in the right direction.
Oh, they’ll still be on the gun-control agenda. But they have no intention of obeying such laws themselves. This was the attitude of so many secular Jews in NY re: COVID restrictions as well. It’s almost as if civil laws are only for the goyim.
I still amazed at the lack of Private ownership in Israel.

If it was Common Sense gun buying they would have done it a long time ago. It is panic buying right now. If things settle down and it becomes a regular Behavior, then I would call it common sense.
I still predict that regardless of how well they arm themselves they are still going to vote Democrat. They don’t see the connection at all between the left and anti-semitism, and they won’t after this.
“The Left has never been anti-gun. They’re anti-gun for others, not themselves.”
Pretty much their stances on all human rights. I for one like seeing their panic.
At the present trend none of them have two years.
But still supporting the idiot Left.
Yup! As long as it isn’t “OMB/PDJT” they’ll go with the democommies.
🙏🇺🇸🇮🇱👍
Then they might understand why this is happening and why it will never stop happening. IMHO these are probably the most accurate translations, and they are FREE.
“...American liberal Jews...”

According to a previous employer, an Orthodox Jew whom has since emigrated to Israel, liberal/leftist Jews are JINOs (Jews In Name Only). They do not live a Jewish lifestyle nor attend Temple nor live according to the Torah. Rather, they only care about being Jewish, or even claiming it when it benefits them. Kinda like a Jewish version of the “race card”.
He despised JINOs and absolutely refused to do business or even associate with them.
He was short and fat, and rode out of the West
With a Mogen David on his silver vest.
He was mean and nasty right clear through,
Which was kinda weird, ‘cause he was yellow too.
They called him Irving.
Big Irving.
Big, short Irving.
Big, short, fat Irving.
The hundred and forty-second fastest gun in the West.
Silver lining.

Thanks for the promo
It’s amazing how the violent reality of the world can shake the mind into some clarity.
No, Jews are no longer 'safe' here and neither are we. Thank God and our Founders for the 2nd Amendment.
I hope this means they have come to their senses.
yes, and when a person’s head is firmly planted in the ground or their posterior orifice, they’re super-vulnerable to attack
I'm sure "some" of them have. Hopefully enough, and in the right places...
Temporary sanity!
