Jill Stein, who famously ran in the 2016 presidential election, announced on Thursday that she is running for president yet again with a platform that includes guaranteeing the “right” to a living-wage job, housing, food, healthcare, education “and more.”
In a video posted to social media, Stein laid out the current state of affairs, contending that “people are tired of being thrown under the bus by wealthy elites and their bought politicians.”
They are “tired of living paycheck to paycheck, struggling to pay the rent, locked in student debt and medical debt, child poverty doubling, rising diseases of despair, growing hopelessness,” she said declaring that “the political system is broken” and pointing directly to what she described as the “two wall street parties” which she said are “bought and paid for.”

Maybe she can get Hillary’s endorsement....
Don’t disagree with her but wonder about motive.
A 4th debate. Back by popular demand!
Jill Stein for President. Oh bosh!!
Trump all the way!!!!
I have no idea who this person is.
Im starting to think she is an undercover conservative.
If memory serves correctly, Trump wouldn’t have won in 2016 if Jill Stein wasn’t a spoiler for Hillary.
Good luck with that name
Money, money, money.
Wrong thread. Lol.
Right on schedule. Another looney libertarian arriving to steal votes away from gullible Republicans.
I say Republicans, because conservatives are too smart to fall for this garbage.
I thought she hurts Democrats.
Jill Ellen Stein is an American physician, activist, and former political candidate. She was the Green Party's nominee for President of the United States in the 2012 and 2016 elections and the Green-Rainbow Party's candidate for governor of Massachusetts in 2002 and 2010. Wikipedia
She ran as the Green party candidate in 2016, and the left blamed her for Hillary’s loss to Trump, which was of course hogwash. But it IS entertaining to watch the left eat their own.
She won’t pull much support this time around either, but any divisions on the left should be celebrated and encouraged.
Uh, jilly. It’s what you guys do. Take the knot out of your panties.
Add Stein's votes to Hillary's, and Hillary would have won WI, MI, and PA, enough to get Hillary to 273 EVs. And Stein's totals weren't that high.
She basically cost Hillary Clinton the election.
There were third party candidates who hurt Trump.

Stein makes some good points regarding how both the R’s and D’s serve the elite, and have little regard for the average American.
But Stein is at heart a communist. She’s all for nationalizing industry, for example. I wish her lots of success anyway, but only because she will draw votes from the Democrats.
All third party weirdos siphon votes away from both parties.
Usually the Republican Party suffers the most when a third party runs.
See H. Ross Perot as an example.
I use Perot as an example knowing that many FReepers voted for him and were happy when Bush lost and Clinton won.
(sheesh)
