In a recent interview, Vivek Ramaswamy presented a ver scary, yet stark reality involving China. He pointed out how China appears to be quietly applauding (maybe helping) the drawn-out conflict in Ukraine and now Israel, strategically working to drain US military resources. This tactic, he suggests, is part of a grander scheme to ensure smooth sailing when they invade Taiwan. And sadly, their strategy seems to be working.

The Pentagon asked Congress to replace dwindling US military stockpiles by passing a measure with more funding for Ukraine days before Republican lawmakers torpedoed additional assistance for Kyiv.

Undersecretary of Defense Michael McCord told House and Senate lawmakers in a Sept. 29 letter that just $1.6 billion remains of the $25.9 billion passed to replenish US weapons stockpiles, including artillery rounds, rockets and missiles for Ukraine’s war against Russia.

Separately, the US has $5.4 billion left to provide weapons and equipment from its stockpiles, which the Pentagon secured after having previously overvalued some equipment.

“We have already been forced to slow down the replenishment of our own forces to hedge against an uncertain funding future,” McCord wrote. “Failure to replenish our military services on a timely basis could harm our military’s readiness.”

This truly is the ugly truth, and it should scare every American.

The United States is in big, big trouble, and in the midst of all this international drama, it should be criminal how this regime has completely lost sight of what’s happening in our own backyard. We need an administration that will actually put America First and get our own house in order above all else —tackling everything from the economy to the border to soaring crime, and the very foundation of our our crumbling infrastructure. When it boils down to it, any government worth its salt needs to keep the American people front and center. Our well-being is non-negotiable and should always be at the forefront of any government agenda. Unfortunately, with the current regime’s globalist agenda, we are barely a blip on their radar.

Fact Sheet of MARCH 16, 2022-——U.S. Security Assistance for Ukraine

President Biden today, MARCH 16, 2022, announced an additional $800 million in security assistance to Ukraine, bringing the total U.S. security assistance committed to Ukraine to $1 billion in just the past week, and a total of $2 billion since the start of the Biden Administration.

The assistance will take the form of direct transfers of equipment from the Department of Defense to the Ukrainian military to help them defend their country against Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified invasion.

The MARCH 16, 2022 new $800 million assistance package includes:

800 Stinger anti-aircraft systems;
2,000 Javelin, 1,000 light anti-armor weapons,
6,000 AT-4 anti-armor systems;
100 Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems;
100 grenade launchers, 5,000 rifles, 1,000 pistols, 400 machine guns, and 400 shotguns;
Over 20 million rounds of small arms ammunition and grenade launcher and mortar rounds;
25,000 sets of body armor; and
25,000 helmets.

In addition to the MARCH 16, 2022 weapons listed above, previous US assistance committed to Ukraine includes:

Over 600 Stinger anti-aircraft systems;
Approximately 2,600 Javelin anti-armor systems;
Five Mi-17 helicopters;
Three patrol boats;
Four counter-artillery and counter-unmanned aerial system tracking radars;
Four counter-mortar radar systems;
200 grenade launchers and ammunition;
200 shotguns and 200 machine guns;
Nearly 40 million rounds of small arms ammunition
Over 1 million grenade, mortar, and artillery rounds;
70 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs) and other vehicles;
Secure communications, electronic warfare detection systems,
Body armor, helmets, and other tactical gear;
Military medical equipment to support treatment and combat evacuation;
Explosive ordnance disposal and de-mining equipment; and
Satellite imagery and analysis capability.

In addition to the U.S.-produced short-range air defense systems the Ukrainians have been using to great effect, the United States has also identified and is helping the Ukrainians acquire additional, longer-range systems on which Ukraine’s forces are already trained, as well as additional munitions for those systems.

The United States continues to expedite the authorization and facilitation of additional assistance to Ukraine from our Allies. At least 30 countries have provided security assistance to Ukraine since the Russian invasion began.

In 2022, the Department of State authorized third-party transfers of defensive equipment from more than 14 countries, a number that continues to grow as Allies and Partners increase support to Ukraine.

US military capability is not a non replenishable resource. There is no permanent depletion. There may be a delay but factories are working overtime to replace depleted items and in many cases with newer and improved versions.

Another reason we need to end the proxy war in Ukraine as soon as possible.

It has been the worst foreign policy decision we've made since at least Vietnam and maybe in the history of the country. It's depleted our military capability and, foolishly, pushed Russia into an alliance with China.
