If Mike Pence had sent the fraudulent electoral college ballots back to state legislatures for further review on J6, he would not only go down in history as a courageous American Patriot, but he would also be the heir apparent to the MAGA movement and would be #1 in GOP primary polling right now for 2024
Instead he backstabbed 74 million Americans at the moment they needed him most

Meant ‘it’s all Pence had to do ‘.
Can’t blame him. Just look at the Jordan’s speaker run. No fight in the party. If they won’t lead we shouldn’t follow. When it comes to effort think of the theory of diminishing returns.
Pence went from hero to zero on January 6th. Very bad move for the United States, as well as for his future in politics.
The Deep State Virus has no known magic vaccine.
I think the loyalty pence showed Trump was suspect from day one of the presidency! Starting with the General Flynn debacle, to the handling of Covid, to the election certification.
Throughout Trump’s presidency, Pence was showing his forked tongue.
Judas Pence is experiencing his just desserts.
One can only be the heir apparent to the MAGA movement if one agrees with the foundation of the MAGA movement….. the American People FIRST. With a sizable interest on the middle class.
Is it interesting that Pres Trump raises the standard deduction to help people. He then takes away the mortgage interest deductions(maybe the property tax deduction, can’t remember) from the wealthy, but let’s the middle class keep it.
What do biden and the Democrats, with the help of Congress, eliminates the interest/property tax deduction for folks that take the standard deduction. This, taking money out of the pocket of the middle class.
Have the Republicans in the House, the place where tax law’s comes from, talked about reinstating the deductions for us folks in the middle class? Didn’t think so.
So, as it stands I can’t think of even a few that are 100% MAGA and potentially an heir apparent.
Republicans have complete control of 23 states, Louisiana will make 24. If the people of Kentucky could get their heads out of their asses, that’d be 25.
With all the damage this administration is doing, why aren’t 24, at least, states not joining together and suing the sh*t out of Biden and Mayorkas over the border and all the illegals. Why aren’t those states not resurrecting the Tenn lawsuit over forced medical/healthcare payments from the taxpayers?
Because most of them are complete frauds. If they worked together, they could put a stop or at least slow down much of this.
LOL.. I bet this DC_Drano is a Qtard.
he outed himself on that day
.
The Theme song of the Mike Pence Political Career? “Back Home Again in Indiana..”
Pence also showed up to Pantload Joe’s DC celebration of his successful steal where he got sworn in.
3 U.S. Code § 15 - Counting electoral votes in Congress
(a) In General.—
Congress shall be in session on the sixth day of January succeeding every meeting of the electors. The Senate and House of Representatives shall meet in the Hall of the House of Representatives at the hour of 1 o’clock in the afternoon on that day, and the President of the Senate shall be their presiding officer.
(b) Powers of the President of Senate.—
(1) Ministerial in nature.—
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the role of the President of the Senate while presiding over the joint session shall be limited to performing solely ministerial duties.
(2) Powers explicitly denied.—
The President of the Senate shall have no power to solely determine, accept, reject, or otherwise adjudicate or resolve disputes over the proper certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors, the validity of electors, or the votes of electors.
Point being he has to accept what the states provided him as acceptable. It’s the STATES responsibility to make sure the electors and results are correct.
As we know, several states weren’t but no courts heard the issues.
Pence is a dick but your either for the Constitution and the laws or your not.
Yep, hence why his name is now Benedict Pence.
I don’t need to analyze Mike Pence in that context of the handling of the electoral process to understand what he is.
If I view him in the context of his role as Vice President and his relationship to Trump and his subsequent handling of that relationship, well.
I know what kind of douchebag he is. A lack of loyalty is a good datapoint on the quality of a person. Granted, you need more than just that, but it is a powerful indicator of a character flaw.
> Qtard
Tell us, who is Q?
I’ve been “self employed” for 50 years. The last and only “adult” employer I had was the US Navy.
I met with some success in that 50 years but one thing was for sure and that was I had to take risks to stay in business. There were small ones every day and a few HUGE ones over the decades. I’ve been broke twice but rebounded both times. Never filed bankruptcy. Risk to me, upon reflecting back over 50 years, was the spice of my life.
I’ve read Pence’s employment background and I see a life of very little risk, if any. So, in my opinion, when the BIG DAY came, he simply was, because of his lack of risk experience, scared and not up for the task.
I’m a Trumpster all the way but Pence ended up being ANOTHER bad choice by Trump. Based on this run for President he just made, I think the American people figured him out too and have his number.
You are making the fatal assumption that that would be the outcome of Pence trying to reject the ballots.
The democrats had play tested this from every angle.
They had extensive legal teams in place.
An attempt by Pence would be called out by the body. The entire vote of the body would have overruled him.
The case would have been rushed to the courts.
The courts would have ruled against the effort.
It’s all well and good to say ‘if only he had done this’…
The practical matter was it was an unworkable idea.
We had to take actions to prevent the corrupt acts before they occurred.
We failed to have sufficient legal teams in place in friendly jurisdictions.
What I don’t understand about DC_Drano’s statement is that just a few days earlier, all the 50 state legislatures had ratified the electoral ballots. If Pence had sent the electoral college ballots back to state legislatures for further review, wouldn’t they have been simply returned since they were already ratified? Why does he think the legislatures would have done anything different after January 6 vs what they did just a few days earlier?
The big initial question was the interaction with Flynn !
Followed by the governments immediate attempt to overthrow Trump !
A simple Coward…whose going to be forgotten by all
