Bidenomics is a windfall for the donor class (high rate of return on campaign contributions) while the middle class gets beaten to a pulp. Waiting for Biden to lean over and creepily whisper “It’s working!” Even though it is clearly not working, at least for the middle class.
Evidence that Bidenomics is not working and destructive? Try the surging income needed to buy a house under Biden. Home prices are rising faster than median household income. As in $111,000 income needed to buy a house, while median household income is only $78,000. So, housing is simply unaffordable under Bidenomics. The Biden era is outlined in pink.
Mortgage purchase applications have collapsed to 1994 levels.
Meanwhile, stressed households are seeing credit card delinquencies at the highest level since 1991.
2022 was a bad year for investments under Bidenomics. 2023 year to date is showing huge gains for Bitcoin, the NASDAQ and gold. Bringing up the rear are long duration Treasuries and REITs (real estate investment trusts), both earning negative returns thus far of less than -10%.
When will we see rats fleeing the sinking SS Bidenomics as it sinks? JPMorgan Chase stock slips after bank says CEO Jamie Dimon is selling 1 million shares.
Biden, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Fed Chair Jay Powell have a bad case of screwing you (Doctor, Doctor).

The only way I see to turn this around, is to round up and deport all illegals in the US. Start by implementing eVerify and removing the job opportunities. Those folks deport on their own.
I'm no fan of Biden's economics nor the Feds screw-up (in my opinion) with M2, but the sentence above is simply stupid without context. What should be presented is the change in housing prices compared to the percentage of household income that lenders expect for home purchases. That comparison would better depict what's happening to home buyers.
How can housing prices be at such unsustainable levels? How can housing prices be so far out of line, with the incomes of the people who would buy those houses?
Bidenomics? But it is working? And the border is secure. And there is a great outlook for world peace. And Rachel actually is a girl. And the white rage that fills the army ranks is real. And Hunter is to be named a saint by the best pope in history.... And I have that bridge that you might be interested in......
No. Every man or woman living alone needs to share their studio/1 br with a partner of the same or opposite sex, whichever preference. That includes the bed. Market forces will then bring rents way down. Home prices too. Plus they’ll all be a whole lot happier!
“For those of you who are living in sin I hope you will get married”.
Jimmy Carter.
Govt-run rabbit warren, weed, Netflix, bus…they say own nothing and be happy.
The PRC Dream
Next, you’ll suggest we take up the third world approach and have our extended families move into our houses, pile up everybody just a few bedrooms.
It the progressive democrats plan. Remember what Biden said? “You will own nothing and you WILL be happy.”
Owning nothing. Eating bugs. Being happy!

Au contrare’. Everybody can start out like Bill and Hillary. Get rich and then have separate residences.
Asian countries that do well know 2 can live as cheaply as one.
People folks in India and China are buying up US houses.
To much demand, too little supply.
Lucky for us branDUHnomics is getting ready to kick in any day now. 🖕

No no no. It’s living together-creates more spare money to look elsewhere. We can learn.
They talk about interest being too high but they don’t mention the most feared reality of all. That housing prices will have to drop to levels that make having higher rate mortgages even feasible in terms of affordable monthly payments. Builders have priced themselves out of the markets and will need to reconfigure their offerings at lower prices to ever match with the high interest rates in a way that most would find affordable monthly. The existing housing market is another matter. People are holding onto their homes and cheaper mortgages right now because they couldn’t sell their homes at a price right now that would allow them to purchase another home without a high interest morgage on any remaining debt on that new home. The housing market is locked up tight!
This needs to be banned.
Low inventory. Homeowners with 3% mortgages aren't selling.
You can do all of that and then some, until you do 6 other things that are far more costly, IMHO, to you, me and everyone else.
1. Get rid of Birthright Citizenship...COMPLETELY...especially in the disgusting and mutated form it has taken in the last few decades and make it retroactive to 1986, when Reagan signed that immigration law.
2. Rescind every refugee or asylum claim and deport anyone that is in this country on one. Mainly all the muslims and somalians, to include Omar. Places like Dearborn, Mich would be a ghost town, thank the Lord.
When you do #2, you also make sure than any “children/citizens” that were born to women under these programs have their fraudulent citizenship taken away.
3. Get rid of family reunification and immediately deport any family members that came here on that program. Regardless of their medical/health conditions.
4. Pres Trump went to South Korea, Vietnam and India ... trying to make deals to get them to build manufacturing facilities so they could move all of that manufacturing from China. No reason that some of that couldn’t be moved to Central/South America or somewhere on the West Coast of Africa.
5. End DACA and any programs associated with it, to include any and all welfare bennies and any state that wants to give instate tuition to illegals loses any and all federal funds(which shouldn’t be going to them anyway).
6. So, as not to be 100% heartless, with regards to Birthright Citizenship and those who were recipients of it....if that person has grown up here, graduated school and is living a normal life, paying taxes and doing the right thing, then they apply for an expedited naturalization process. If that person serves/served honorably in the US military, is a cop - firefighter - nurse - teacher - doctor, then they keep the citizenship they received. But, families are off any bennies they might be receiving.
It's 100% guaranteed that the courts will never allow that.
(with a partner of the same or opposite sex, whichever preference. That includes the bed.)
Facepalm.
