Magog, Meshek and Tubal were far Northern Kingdoms from Israel. Look on a map. That’s Syria, Turkey, the Black Sea, then Ukraine and Russia. Persia is of course Iran. Cush and Put are in the Horn of Africa... Somalia and Yemen.

Well said.What worries me is that they may be here to start WWIII. I’m hoping that does not happen. But, this is not the first time a nation has been invaded by third worlders. We already have a pattern.

Another possible reason is that Iran has acquired an atomic bomb (hopefully not a nuclear bomb) and is building a stockpile. Israel with the USA has decided to take out Iran’s atomic bomb program and their government before they have enough atomic bombs (say around four) to destroy Israel.
Israel let the Hamas terror attack happen so Israel response would create a scenario that results in a war between the USA and Iran. We can take out Iran’s atomic program without going nuclear but Israel could not without using their nukes.
Israel has calculated that allowing a horrible 1000 innocent deaths are better than millions in a nuclear attack.
If this scenario is true, it looks like things are getting out of control with Russia and China (why did they but their warships in the area?) involved in a big way. And what the heck is Turkey up to. It sounds like Erdoğan is talking up war with Israel.
I hope I’m wrong, but it would be a good book plot.
Doesn't mean they were attacking. In fact, they did it so often, we got tired of it, and just ignored it. That was our bad, because you never know, but that what the Israelis were lulled into. They did these fake attacks every day just on their side of the fence.
The Egyptians warned the Israelis a big attack was coming. The Israelis wrongly thought that would be a massive missile/rocket barrage, and were preparing for that. They were not prepared for a human suicide wave attack. They SHOULD have, we can all agree, but that they knew exactly how Hamas would come is conspiracy theory when the simple answer is Hamas, with lots of planning from Iran, made a very bold move. They're not stupid, and their religious Jihadi fervor make them unafraid of death. A bad combination the Israelis should have been better prepared for no doubt.

The pot has been slowly getting hotter, for 5-6 decades, since the communist party decided to infiltrate from the bottom up.
The average citizen just wants to be left alone, and is willing to pay a price, albeit ever increasing, to be comfortable and warm, with a full belly.

Actually, I really don’t think it is as hard to make nukes as some people say. The technology has been around for almost 80 years and well documented in the past several decades also.

Also, Iran is awash in oil money since the sanctions were lifted and Biden started his campaign against American oil and Russian sanctions skyrocketed the price.
Finally, the Iranians have made several direct attacks on our forces in Iraq and Syria. We responded with an attack on their terrorist camps in Syria on Friday. Why didn’t we take out their big oil port on Kharg Island? That would stop their meddling with their new found wealth. It’s as if Biden is being paid off by Iran. Perhaps him and Obama both. Ukraine is like chicken feed to this.
Is it too late to avoid the inevitable? Hard to say. I hope we don't have to find out.
Sad Trump has not returned before now. If he had come back a lot of this could have been stopped. I still don't know why he has not returned. He has more than enough evidence of massive election fraud changing many elections not just his own.
However, I still refrain from second guessing him since he's always right.
Some of us knew the only way to take out the US would be from within and now its happening as we watch.
