Bifidobacteria are anaerobic, oxygen unfriendly, which means as gut bacteria they tend to inhabit the lower half of the GI tract. Aerobic bacteria inhabit the upper half of the GI tract.
The most prevalent of the anaerobic bacteria are essential to lower gut health, but anywhere else in the body they are pathogenic. However, Bifidobacteria are harmless and good for you.
A good source of Bifidobacteria is Kefir, either store bought or homemade, which is today recommended for replacement biome while taking antibiotics, to avoid antibiotic resistant bacterial blooms. It contains about a dozen types of digestive bacteria.
This could be a major effect of the jabs causing disease in jabbed people (direct effect upon immune system).

I joined a direct-marketing company that focuses on nutritional supplements based on mannose, aka, cactus juice. When working as contract programmer I took them regularly and showed up for work every day. Can't say that for the employees I worked with, though. It takes an income to re-order, and I faded from using them when I retired.

I just got my NovaVax (protein-based) booster two days ago, and aside from a minor injection site discomfort and minor (barely detectable) fatigue for about a day, I feel fine.
