I’ve seen that video a few times. He’s very proficient. Halle Berry did some training with them also and she’s pretty good.

There’s also great video of Shawn Ryan teaching Keanu how to approach and move through a doorway.

I don’t know much about Keanu but I always liked him as an actor. I know people say he’s awful but that Dracula movie was the only time I thought he gave a legitimately bad performance.

From people who actually know him, Mr. Reeves is a hard working, quiet, humble person who has dealt with a lot of pain in his life (none of it his own doing) and has come through it more thoughtful and kind. Pretty much does not bother with the typical Hollywood junk. One of the good guys.
