Palestinian-born Queen Rania of Jordan rages against the West for its support of Israel and says there's a 'glaring double standard' in treatment of war that 'began before October 7'

Palestinian-born Queen Rania of Jordan launched a remarkable attack on the West in an interview with CNN last night where she criticized America's support of Israel's retaliatory strikes against Hamas and claimed there was a 'double standard' in global sympathy for the war's victims.

Rania, who was born in Kuwait to Palestinian parents and grew up in the West Bank, raged against 'apartheid regime' Israel, claiming the conflict began 'before' Hamas killed 1,400 Israelis on October 7.

She said she 'of course' condemned the killing of innocent Israelis by Hamas but, asked why Israel's self-defense was not coming under the same level of global scrutiny and reserved all her sympathy for Palestinians.

Her father in law killed 20,000 Palestinians and drove many of the remaining terrorists to Lebanon (out of Jordan).

If she loves Palestinians she should pray for an end to Hamas.

Why doesn’t Jordon take in the Palestinians, then?

I gather that to ask the question is to answer it, but Queen Raina should be quite aware that despite seventy years of Arab refugees in their original territorial borders and probably more than a million potential Jordanians being kept as politicial pawns in refugee camps, "marrying the king of Jordan" is practically the only way that any Palestinian has been able to obtain Jordanian citizenship.

She pretty much had to side with the Palestinians or risk having her husband deposed by the populace. You have the same situation going on in places like Egypt Turkey and the other Islamic countries over there. They have to take into consideration the will of their people to some extent. That’s what makes this situation so concerning. All the Islamic states have come together over this like never before. The big issue is what Turkey does. I predict they will wind up in the Russian camp before this is over. And they will order the US to remove their ships from the Black Sea.

There has never been a country called Palestine, so she is not “Palestinian-born”.

You are right, but then she will have to accept the push back on her hypocrisy.

Ask the Jordanians if they want to take in Palestinians again. See what answer you get.

There is a reason NOBODY wants to take them in.

God, you people are idiots...

Govt: “We have to help the Israelis kill the Palestinians. It’s the right thing to do.”

Right: “Hooray!”
Left: “grumble, grumble”

Govt: “We now have to import all of the displaced Palestinians.”

Right: “grumble, grumble”
Left: “Hooray!”

Govt: “We now have to take away your rights to keep you safe from all of the violent Muslims we just imported.”

Right: “Hooray!”
Left: “Hooray!”

She's right in that the conflict began fourteen-hundred years ago and has been going on ever since.

“Rania, who was born in Kuwait to Palestinian parents and grew up in the West Bank, raged against ‘apartheid regime’ Israel,”

Rania, how many Jews are allowed to live in Kuwait or in the PLO-ruled part of the West Bank or in the Kingdom of Jordan? How many Arabs are allowed to live in Israel? So which are the true ‘apartheid regimes’?

Black September, just sayin’.
Nobody wants them.
Their whole purpose is to be a burr under the saddle.
They have no other useful purpose.
