A mob of looters can be seen ransacking a 7-Eleven convenience store just outside Sacramento in a shocking new video released by police.
In the chaotic video, dozens of rowdy shoplifters run amok inside the store, entering and exiting through a smashed plate-glass window while carrying cases of beer and cigarette cartons.
According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, the fracas began after a nearby “sideshow” — an unsanctioned, illegal gathering where groups of drivers take over parking lots or even busy public roadways to perform dangerous automotive stunts.
Cops arrived approximately five minutes after being called, but by the time they got there, the looters were already long gone.

Then Ariel Atkins, a BLM Chicago organizer, spoke.
“I don’t care if somebody decides to loot a Gucci or a Macy’s or a Nike store because that makes sure that person eats. That makes sure that person has clothes. That is reparations. Anything they want to take, take it because these businesses have insurance.”

NPR interview with Vicky Osterweil about her book, In Defense of Looting
Now, as protests and riots continue to grip cities, she stakes out a provocative position: that looting is a powerful tool to bring about real, lasting change in society. The rioters who smash windows and take items from stores, she claims, are engaging in a powerful tactic that questions the justice of “law and order,” and the distribution of property and wealth in an unequal society.
This is edging closer to the “Escape From L.A.” level.
I started laughing way before that...as soon as I saw “shocking.”
The mob probably doesn’t live in Rio Linda. They probably drove up from Del Paso Heights. It’s not that far. Rio Linda was mostly settled by the Okies in the mid nineteen thirties. They have a large Sikh population living there now. The lots are large and there are almost no sidewalks. Del Paso Heights is south of there across the freeway. It’s a former urban like area probably pretty bustling i the nineteen fifties. Now quite run down and the nicest buildings are a very large sheriff substation and a welfare office.
I’m sad to report that my local liquor store here in Bluffton SC was just robbed by three black women who rushed in and grabbed $1200 of expensive booze off the shelves. I expect them to be arrested and punished, but the black crime wave contagion is spreading.
