igher car prices and rising interest rates are hindering car owners’ ability to afford their vehicle payments, as 6.1% of subprime auto borrowers are at least 60 days past due on their loans, the highest percentage in data dating back to 1994, according to Bloomberg, which cited Fitch Ratings.

Bidenomics!
I lease. Its the first bill I pay every month.
I just paid off my car early.
Good time to buy a new car.
They’ll probably give you a good price if you stand firm.
Well if Biden wants to pay back everyone’s student loan debt maybe he can pay back everyone’s car loans too.
That's what Barky's Cash for Clunkheads was all about, purging the used car market for pennies on the dollar.
Car payments……student loans….I’m betting that the folks that have purchased a home in the last year might find themselves in the same position in the near future.
Democrats and their minions in Congress F up anything they touch.
free covid money running out, bills coming due
Hey, that’s why we desperately need the: The 15-minute city is an urban planning concept in which most daily necessities and services, such as work, shopping, education, healthcare, and leisure can be easily reached by a 15-minute walk, bike ride, or public transit ride from any point in the city.
And the algae and bug diet is just another benefit of living in one.
Reddit’s Personal Finance sub is almost all “I bought a new car and now I can’t make the payment”.
It can’t be true. All the media say Americans are gushing with pride over their guy Biden’s economy and the good news about jobs and all that stuff.

Speech by Biden. June 28, 2023. From WhiteHouse.gov
I’m here in Chicago today, for the first quarter of the 21st century, to talk about the economic vision for this country: the economy that grows the economy from the middle out and the bottom up instead of just the top down. When that happens, everybody does well. The wealthy still do — (applause) — everybody does well. The poor have a ladder up, and the wealthy still do well. We all do well.
This vision is a fundamental break from the economic theory that has failed America’s middle class for decades now. It’s called trickle-down economics — fundamental economics, trickle-down. The idea was — it’s the belief that we should cut taxes for the wealthy and big corporations — and I know something about big corporations; there’s more corporations in Delaware incorporated than every other state in the union combined. I want them to do well, but I — I’m tired of waiting for the trickle-down.
Bidenomics.
An open air prison [like Gaza is purported to be].
That is not how it works. Used cars and repossessed cars go to auction and people bid on them....
It’s going to get a lot LOT more expensive if this POS manages to steal the 2024 election as well which I fully expect being that the RINO party has done squat about election integrity. These morons can’t even pick a speaker.
So just imagine what Joe and his eco-Nazis are going to do: Raise fuel through the roof, put in regulations, how many miles you can drive, when you can drive, high taxes on all cars running on fossil fuels all to get you to buy electric all for the benefit of China, Joes employers.
I’m financing, that’s the first I pay as well. I always pay on time because the LAST thing I need is my car being repossessed. I can’t skate to work
“ I’m tired of waiting for the trickle-down.”
So you decided to do some personal deals with Ukraine and the Chicoms instead, Joe?
