The House of Representatives has voted for a third time on Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan for speaker, and for a third time, Jordan has not obtained the necessary votes.

Jordan obtained 194 votes from Republicans, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries had 210 votes from Democrats, and 25 Republicans opted to vote for candidates other than Jordan.

They’re fantasizing about the elimination among ‘pubbies of integrity, and responsibility, and of accountability to the voters and residents in their districts.

They are also all now receiving cover from the likes of not funny, totally unlistenable Sean Hannity and, his BFF for decades, (going soft in his old age?) Newt Gingrich.

I see six NO votes from Hispanic names in Florida and Texas.

Reminds me of Will Hurd, the Black Republican from a Texas-Mexico border Congressional District who refused to support Trump in 2016 and 2020.

I am always pleased when non-white folks are Republicans.
