As Israel escalates its attacks on Gaza, the State Department is discouraging diplomats working on Middle East issues from making public statements suggesting the U.S. wants to see less violence, according to internal emails viewed by HuffPost.
In messages circulated on Friday, State Department staff wrote that high-level officials do not want press materials to include three specific phrases: “de-escalation/ceasefire,” “end to violence/bloodshed” and “restoring calm.”
The revelation provides a stunning signal about the Biden administration’s reluctance to push for Israeli restraint as the close U.S. partner expands the offensive it launched after Hamas ― which rules Gaza ― attacked Israeli communities on Oct. 7.

Nah. There’s a schism in the Democratic Party. You have many secular Jews who are reliable Democrats. Then you have more radical elements who may be anti-Israel. Obviously, the secular Jews have won the debate and Joe Biden needs their support.

It’s just never been documented like this before. Gazans need to be eliminated. Then go after their Hezbollah brethren in Lebanon. The Deep State wants WWIII. They trained/equipped HAMAS for their latest proxy war. While HAMAS is perfectly capable of killing children, the style of the attacks has been war provocation (calculated to cause war). What civilized nation won’t defend its babies? So the Deep State’s tools (HAMAS) get ‘help’ designing their attacks to be heinous beyond imagining and then the US gets to continue it’s continuous wars as the UKRAINE war winds down (is exposed as lost a long time ago) because the US Deep Staters and their international globalist colleagues need that American ‘foreign aid’ to keep flowing to our enemies, and those of Israel so they can continue to war upon us.

I don’t think so. Israel pulled all settlements out of Gaza circa 2005. Ariel Sharon, one of the most hawkish Israeli leaders ever, made the call. It’s not worth it militarily or civilian to try to rule over or live among such hostile territory.
They could build a moat.
First things first though. They will eliminate the Hamas/Gaza war machine. My guess, they will help the Palestinian Authority regain rule over Gaza. Let Palestinians with diplomatic ties around the world rule Palestinians. Hamas only has ties to terrorist nations and militias.
They will probably divide the land according to some agreement. Neither maximalist side will get what they want. I am one of those people who don’t think Israel should rule over the Palestinians and if the Palestinians want their independence they should declare it. But they never have. There is a reason for that. That reason may soon no longer have meaning.
I can’t believe something positive actually came out of our State Dept.
Biden and his cronies in the government have been censoring free speech forever.
