Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) doubled down Friday on her criticism of Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), saying if he becomes Speaker, Republicans will lose control of the House in the next election — and rightly so.
“If Rs nominate Jordan to be Speaker, they will be abandoning the Constitution. They’ll lose the House majority and they’ll deserve to,” Cheney wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

McCarthy had ample opportunity to do what he promised. He didn’t even come close which is why he is out. Liz Cheney sticking her nose is typical of her. Does she not remember she lost by over 30% to her challenger? She and her Deep State Father can jump off a cliff.
