Arab League Chief Ahmed Aboul Gheit headed to Moscow on Sunday for talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the situation in Gaza after Palestinian Islamist group Hamas launched the biggest attack on Israel in years.
Aboul Gheit, who served as Egypt’s foreign minister during the final seven years of Hosni Mubarak’s rule, will discuss the "ongoing escalation in the Gaza Strip," said a spokesman for the Cairo-based league of Arab states.

Moscow said that a proper negotiation was necessary to provide for the creation of an independent Palestinian state within the borders of 1967 with a capital in East Jerusalem.

Since the 1967 borders were, for Israel, untenable; it sounds like Moscow just said it is agreeable to the elimination of Israel as an independent and sovereign nation. The post-Soviet Russia has much in common with the Soviet Russia. Remember, the moslem world’s biggest sugar daddy and supporter was the USSR.

Birds of a feather flock together. Since the fastest growing part of Russia's population is Islamists, this makes sense.
Tucker was one of my favorites. He is still ok. But he has somehow been compromised. He tend to defend the aggressors rather than the victims when it comes to international wars.
By supporting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, he is now trapped. He can’t now suddenly change his narrative in condemning Hamas for its aggressions on Israel...
Because if he did, his whole narrative about rationalizing Russia’s attack on Ukraine would simply fall apart.
Will Tucker criticize the fact that America is giving 4 billion dollars to Israel every year? Too costly like he says Ukraine has become?
