Trump was All IN for McCarthy, less than a year ago.

So, Mr. Trump: I watched. Your boy McCarthy did a "great job" being Biden's buttboy.

Well, since McCarthy is Trump’s guy, so did Trump.

Well, we have plenty of evidence that Trump makes mistakes in supporting and endorsing some people...

Like did, when Trump made a horrible mistake in endorsing and supporting desantis...

Yes to chaos. Smart people can deal with chaos. Better to have chaos than the useless status quo that the stupid people want which is just making things worse.

Because logically the argument being presented here does not make sense.

If McCarty is the best Speaker the Dems can hope for out of the GOP, why not keep him in place? Why would the Uniparty allow their tool to be fired?

I guess maybe the mistake here is to think logic has anything to do with politics.

That’s debatable. Trump certainly called Ryan out later. Trump is a pragmatist. He works with the people available and gets whatever leverage he can by saving the beatdown until if is needed or until there is nothing to be gained towards America’s goals by making nice.

“Who are all these deep state McCarthy RINO ass-kissers here?”

Congressional staffers? Chamber of Commerce types? Fox News professional commentators?

Now what?

The only result that is realistic to expect is that the ongoing normal GOP circle-jerk will have to shift from clockwise rotation to counter-clockwise rotation...

Now the ruling communists only have to hope that the GOP will accelerate charges against biden so they have the perfect excuse to get rid of him before the election...

Meet President Moochelle Obamy for life...

The Dems largely abdicated power over Obamacare-aka socialism.

The south has voted against their own economic socialist interests forever.

Socialism lite sees govt is the largest: employer, lender, borrower, consumer, landlord and tenant with govt union pension funds being among the owners of supposed privately held stock. There is nothing lite about it.

In conclusion-The GOP is at or near record high offices held at every level of govt. There is mass exodus fr blue America. The Dems are the party of freebies-shouldn’t the public telling you this be stampeding to CA NY, ILL etc?

McCarthy smelled a rope burn, Nick.

McCarthy’s mouth was full of marbles on Trump, until about 9 weeks ago. KMc spent his Republican Party candidate chatter by avoiding saying Trump’s name, brushing off his early showing with shrugged shoulders, the race was wide open, a deep bench, who knows.

Then he recognized that tiresome tap on his shoulder. Hot seat warming against his performance. He rolled on as Speaker.

The guy realized there is no Republican Party. There is only Trump who is holding the danged thing together.

I don’t know how, but somehow the evil party will screw over the stupid party and we’ll end up with Hakeem Jefferies as speaker.

He seems like someone who would be a good choice. I wonder how much support he could get.

Please, stop showing yourself a fool.

This is a clown show from top to bottom. Either side claiming some moral victory in this is simply showing their foolishness.

McCarthy isn’t speaker.. woo Hoo ? Really ? Why? Another establishment Republican is going to be speaker… you think this changed anything in any meaningful way you are clueless.

Exactly. I do not understand the timing. What was it that Gaetz was so opposed to?

for the paid McCarthy supporters who love to make excuses for their boy Kevin, I ask the following...

The excuse of a slim majority is used as an excuse for mccarthys failure to lead and follow through with his promises.

OK, so why was communist speaker pelosi able to lead with her slim majority and essentially get most everything the far left demanded?

Is this an admission that pelosi is a more powerful leader than McCarthy?

I’m happy that the rinos are exposed.

At least Gaetz keeps his promises!
