Hunter Biden has sued Rudy Giuliani over his infamous laptop scandal, claiming that the former New York City mayor hacked and manipulated data on an external hard drive in a “total annihilation” of the troubled first son’s “digital privacy.”
The suit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court of Central California accuses Giuliani and Robert Costello, a former federal prosecutor who defended Giuliani, of violating the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act when they accessed Biden’s hard drive, the document viewed by The Post indicated.
“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged “laptop” computer,” the filing read.

It wasn't his hard drive once Hunter had abandoned the property.
He legally lost control of his data due to a contract he signed, which he violated when he left his laptop for repair.
Period. End of story.

The point of the case is not justice. The point is in the art of Lawfare, throw out as many baseless harassment lawsuits to destroy your opponent.
Rudy was right.
On one hand they admit that it is Hunter’s computer and on the other they suggest that it is not.
If this lawsuit is to succeed they have to state that it was Hunter’s laptop.
Well, maybe not, if they have shopped around for a corrupt judge they can probably get whatever decision they pay for.
Why would the Central Coast of California court want to spend its time and money on a case involving actions in NY/Delaware/Washington DC?
Hunter is like that nutso loser uncle in the Chevy Chase movies. Nobody wants him around yet he keeps showing up.
The conspiracy theorist in me says the FBI is supplying the lawyers here.
From the early accounys I remember Rudy AND the repair shop owner saying that there was tons of what ammounts to kiddie porn on there.
IF that gets into evidence, in court (and publically acknowledged). the FBI is going to look even worse. Covering up/ burying Hunters involvement in under age hookers and making porn.
OR, The FBI is in on this in order to GET that info into the public, with Hunter under oath admitting to it. In order to finally get Joe to resign.
Who is paying for Hunter’s lawsuits against Rudy and others? If it isn’t Hunter, the legal fees are reportable income to Hunter. Is Hunter showing the income on his federal and state tax return?
Deflecting from his crimes buying time throws crap on the wall to see what sticks. (Cut for the Judge?)
This is the type of case when a Judge worth his salt that can actually read finds Hunters Lawyer in CONTEMPT OF COURT for Abuse of Process, Sanctions him the Maximum Monetary fine available, JAILS him for 90 days in General Population and Refers him to the BAR for Permanent Disbarment.
IT WASN’T HUNTERS PROPERTY ANYMORE.
Some Demonicrat judge will allow the lawsuit.
